About: Important notes: 🐾 NO ADDITIONAL PET FEES 🐍🐠🐹 I have a ball python and a fish tank, which are housed in tanks in a room away from all animals. While Rover does not allow pet checks for non dog/cat critters, I recognize they are family too and require care. I will happily accept watching or checking on them if needed ⭕️About me: ⭕️I started out as a kennel technician my senior year of high school. I was quickly promoted to a veterinary assistant position and worked as a technician for a total of 3 years. I’ve also been caring for my own pets since I was young, taking care of animals for friends and family, and even taking on strays or injured animals that need some TLC. ⭕️After my veterinary experience, I know how to administer medications orally or injected, care for animals when they are scared, assist the elderly with tasks such as walking, and much more. Due to COVID, my education took a turn and became more environmentally focused rather than animal science, but my love still remains. ✅Use the code RILEYH05117, or the link https://www.rover.com/sit/rileyh05117 for 20$ off your first booking I work full time with the ability to check on pets before 8am or after 5pm. I also have full availability on weekends. The longer of a notice I have, the more I am able to accommodate you and your pets. I have a couple cats of my own with their very own bedroom where they can find their food, water, and plenty of relaxation spots and solitude from my two dogs, if they ever needed a break. The dogs also have their own room, with their beds, crates, and a closet full of food. Food, toys, and plenty of water are provided at all times, even in the yard. I have a home with a tall privacy fence and plenty of space for the dogs to run around and the cats to safely roam with supervision. Safety, peace, and comfort are my top priorities when it comes to animal care.
“This is our first time using rover and Sam made it a positive experience from the time i contacted her and through the meet and great and the entire sit. We had to adjust our start time couple of times but she was very flexible with that, we really appreciate her for understanding. The Sit went very smooth as well, we got all the updates even before we asking with pictures :) Snow was very well taken care of, we could tell that once we reached home since he was not anxious at all. Overall Sam is great and we will be in touch soon for our next vacations :)”

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs, big or small consistently for the past couple years. I love to be active with dogs and would have no problem walking them and taking them out for long periods of time, as well as a calm day in. I’m currently just a part time student and aside from other small hobbies I am always available for any work needed! I am also always available for overnight stays too. Back at home I was always surrounded by dogs and I am used to all different types. We had complete confidence that our puppies and the house would be taken care of as she supported us with multiple flight changes. We know how much effort goes into to watching Bruno and Lucy with house training and puppy play!!”

“Meredith watched our 2 labs for a few days previously this year and at that time we arranged a week vacation just after Thanksgiving. Fortunately, we were still able to get away during this crazy COVID season and we knew our pups would be in good hands with Meredith. Were we right! Our dogs were spoiled! Constant attention, with lots of love, snuggles and long walks. We received daily pictures and could see how happy and content they were. Meredith also went above and beyond to pick up the leaves that were constantly falling in our backyard and with a last-minute request even picked us up from the airport! We appreciate all Meredith did for our pups and going above and beyond for us. We hope to get away again this next year and would not hesitate to have Meredith watch our pups again.”

“Marika was an excellent dog and house sitter during a two week stay while we were abroad. She was flexible and able to adapt to interruptions such as a power outage. Communication skills were excellent! She is a compassionate and understanding person. Our sweet old girl pug was well taken care of and happy and healthy upon our return. We highly recommend Marika for your pet sitting needs.”

“Outstanding. Kailey provided excellent care for our doggie. I was super amazed to return home and the house was clean as we left it, and she even washed all the bedding and blankets. Highly recommend, look no further and select Kailey.”

About: I have always been lucky enough to have a dog growing up. I have looked after my neighbors pets multiple times as well. I am very comfortable around all types. As for cats I have never personally taken care of any but I do volunteer at the shelter that has both cats and dogs. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs I will dedicate my time to loving them and treat them as if they were my own. I have one family dog named Charles. He is a Lagotto Romagnolo and he truly is my bestfriend. I am interning at an accounting firm and I work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 to 5 pm. I am free to pet sit these days too after 5. Since I sit at a desk all day, I have a lot of energy leftover and love going on walks and playing with my dog in the evening. Hopefully in the future yours too!! I currently have a dog and he is a big part of my life. I love exercising and everyone I do cardio he joins me for my walks. He loves playing fetch so I am used to that. I also just love a pets affection and love. I constantly walk my dog, take him to the dog park (even though all he does is sit in the shade), I feed him every night and give him infinite kisses!
“So far was so good with our senior pups! We got updates throughout the stay with pictures and felt very safe with having her there. We have already booked them again for April.”

About: As someone who grew up with dogs, both small and large, I've learned what it takes to make sure the puppies are well cared for, between giving them the right food, making sure they go on walks, and grooming. Our pets are our best friends and so we should take the greatest care of them, and I'm willing to do that for all animals alike. I'm currently a part time worker both on weekends and weekdays and have lots of time to dedicate to taking care of pets. The only time I would not be able to offer my services is dueing weekends. In my home, I have a fenced yard to allow for our big huskies to have space to play and run, offering them toys that I know would keep them entertained. I also make sure to clean my dogs and ensure they eat healthily.
“Julia watched our two dogs for the week we were on vacation. She did an absolutely wonderful job with them, the house, and communication! Will be rebooking with Julia in the future :)”
