About: I work at a doggie daycare and boarding place. I have experience with reactive dogs, I know how to administer medications like: eye drops, pills, supplements, sprays, (not injections but I can learn). I have experience with meals that have multiple components. I have no problem with multiple dogs. I tend to feed and take out ten to fifteen dogs in the morning at work. I work four days a week at a doggie daycare and boarding place. Thursday to Sunday. 6am to 3pm. But I’m typically up at 4:30am. I have an hour break from 11am-12pm. I would be gone about five hours in the mornings but after work i have nothing. On Tuesday I have a standing class from 9-11am and an appointment from 2-3pm. I really like to build trust and understanding with my animals. They each have their own unique personalities and you have to adapt to them. It would be the same with my clients. I have taken care of horses before and you can probably imagine how unpredictable they can be sometimes. Working at my job, I have to have a real eye for stressors. They play and groups and any misbehavior can lead to a fight so I have to be on top of it.

About: Hello! I am a 21-year-old, full time, college student, studying interior design! I am a lover of all animals. I have 3 of my own - a golden retriever, cockapoo, and then a cat. I have done pet sitting for about two years with a few different families. I can do overnight or check ins during the day! About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life. Especially puppies. My parents and I raised puppies since I was about 12 years old!! I loved it and ever since then, it’s been my dream to take care of animals! I have a full time job from Monday-Friday 8-5pm so the best time for me to look after your pets is weekends. About: I have been raised with dogs, cats and horses since a young age. I have a 7 year old border collie who has been trained for agility and a 5 year old lab who is trained to hunt. They are disciplined dogs but also very spoiled! I currently work from home with flexible hours. When I am not traveling I am available to take care of your animal throughout the day or overnight. I have a fenced yard with two dogs who will show your animal the ropes. We go on walks every morning, lunch time and evening. Ideally we will be able to get a hike or swim in the afternoon, but if not we play ball and get plenty of time off leash throughout the day. Activities can change based on your animal’s needs. I have two very active dogs and we do everything we can to stimulate them.

About: I’ve taken care of pets of every kind since I was about 10 years old. We had chickens, goats, horses, cows, dogs, cats, and a peacock growing up. I’ have two dogs of my own and I’ve owned horses for the last 20 years of my life’s I’m currently working part-time early mornings so I am home all day to spend time with your pet. When I am work, my partner is home in case of any emergency. We have 10 acres of unfenced property for your dog to run. We also have a fenced in deck for dogs to enjoy sunshine and listen to the birds while we are home. We often take dogs on Ike’s or to the dog park if you would like.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats alike since I was 14 years old. My main experience in home has been with small/medium sized breeds as I have always lived in an apartment. However, I have dog sat larger breeds for my neighbors and a few friends before as well. I also used to volunteer at an animal shelter called NKLA with best friends society. Here I worked with cats and dogs. I cleaned kennels, socialized with animals to prepare them for adoption, and walked multiple dogs (mainly pitbull breeds). I have owned my own dog for the last 2.5 years who is a medium sized chihuahua/pitbull mix named Athena. She’s on a routine feeding schedule and is walked every 4-6 hours, last time being at 10pm. I have experience with bathing dogs but only have a tub at this current apartment. No grooming experience. I am also comfortable administering medications as my pup takes her own! I have also worked in small animal veterinary medicine. Currently work nights at MSU so I’m available anytime before 4pm. Also have Fridays and Saturdays off but tend to work our football games on occasion! I update my availability frequently once I know I’m out of town as well. I currently have a fenced in back-yard along with a very spacious home with an additional dog bed and a medium sized kennel as needed. My dog is super friendly minus feeding times which would be separated. I like to make sure at least a 30 minute walk twice a day is given & at least an hour overall of playtime. Especially for more energetic breeds!

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
