“Creasida provided excellent care for Cody and went beyond and above the standard care for my pet. This was exemplified by giving him a choice of several filtered waters and giving him breaks every hour.. along with good supervision care. She also sent multiple pictures Throughout the day,to us that showed Cody was active, playful and was joining in socializing with her two dogs that she had, she also has dog TV, which has a theme of pleasant music that helps dogs sleep, I’m thinking about getting that myself, she said it was relatively inexpensive. We are so happy that we found a great sitter for Cody I give her five stars and a big thanks for having Cody enjoyed his stay and will using her again, most likely multiple times. Her two dogs interacted with Cody, very well and we joked that he has two new girlfriends now, lol Thanks again Creasida for being a wonderful pet sitter…”
“This is Churro’s second time with Linda and it was a great time again! She is so patient and caring with him and he loves cuddling with her! We are looking forward to him spending time with her again!”
“Very attentive and lots of pictures/updates. Charlie loves to go on vacation here and play with Summer while we are out of town. We won’t go to any other sitter!”
“Haylie took amazing care of our Millie girl. She sent updates each day and made Millie comfortable as it was her first time away from home. She came home happy and lively and I can tell she had a great time. I can’t thank you enough !”
“Taniya was great! She sent lots of pictures and videos throughout Sky’s stay. She replies very quickly and we felt safe leaving Sky with her for the weekend. We will definitely be booking with her again for our future boarding needs. Sky seemed very happy throughout her stay!!”
“I couldn’t have asked for a better person to board my cats while we were having our house tented! Chyna was extremely attentive to my cats, and sent me updates (videos, pictures) the whole time! She was also super understanding when it came to schedule changes, patient when it came to any questions I had, and tolerant of some of my cat’s less endearing qualities!”
“Edward provided very consistent videos showing my dog getting a variety of physical exercise and emotional bonding over the course of my trip. She seemed extremely comfortable and at home in all the videos and I am very satisfied with the service provided. Will definitely book again!”
“I appreciate Ms. Theri watching Lucky every time I have a vacation, he’s so well taken care of that. It’s almost like he has a second home over there! I love the photo updates of him being loved and playing with all his friends!”
“My first time ever using rover app, was a bit skeptical. But Kenneth made my skepticism go away by how professional , helpful, and communicative he was.”
“Caroline and her family clearly love and know dogs. They were so kind and understanding of my mostly blind and deaf senior dog. I am certain he was loved and pampered during his stay. Thank you!”
“Randy always has the best time hanging out with his buddy Pepper and the whole family! The daily updates bring me so much comfort, especially when you have a dog with health issues. Thank you for always taking such wonderful care of my baby”
“Kaitland provided excellent care for our dog while we were out of town. He had a great time and seemed to really enjoy the environment at her house. Kaitland kept us up to date with pictures everyday. Great experience!!”
“Tannia and Chris were spectacular with Shiraz! She acclimated in no time, they showered her with affection while also respected her space as she grew used to them. She was at home and jumping up to sit on their laps in no time. Tannia kept me up to date all the time, sent me pictures and video and was available to chat or talk whenever I reached out. I felt like we left our pup with friends who loved and cared for her the way we would have. Their dog Domi is a sweetheart too. I will definitely be a repeat customer whenever I need to board Shiraz overnight!”
“I had such a great experience! My dogs clearly had an amazing time and looked like they were having the time of their lives. Brooke was very attentive and kept me updated throughout their stay, sending pictures every day and letting me know how they were eating and doing. I really appreciated the communication and knowing that they were being well cared for. When they came home, they were completely worn out, which tells me they had a wonderful time! I’m very happy with the care they received and will definitely be using Brooke again. Highly recommend!”
“Five stars is not enough for Waldemar! He took care of our Goldendoodle, Kairo, with so much love, genuine care, and responsibility. What we appreciated the most was how excellent his communication was—he kept us updated with every detail and picture throughout Kairo’s entire boarding stay, which gave us complete peace of mind. Kairo came home happy and well-loved! Excellent service, 100% recommended!”
“No words to explain how amazing she truly was as a dog sitter! My boy Marshmallow had amazing time playing with her doggie! He was worn out and the next day was ready to go back! She kept me updated throughout the day of his stay! I highly recommend and will use her again!”
“Sandra was absolutely wonderful with my dog, Alec! She took such great care of him during his 6-night stay and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She kept me updated with plenty of pictures and messages, which I really appreciated and loved seeing. It was clear that Alec was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I would definitely book with Sandra again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable dog sitter. Thank you, Sandra!”
“Tyler was very kind and flexible. She accommodated a couple changes, an earlier drop off and an early pick up, very kindly and was very polite. She’s kept me updated every day that my puppy was with her with photos and a summary of activities. He’s went on walks, played at the park, and played with other pups. He seemed very happy when we picked him up! Thank you for taking good care of my baby!!”
“Alyssa and her husband provided excellent care to my pups! She was very responsive and sent routine updates with photos. She ensured my dogs were comfortable and felt at home. I wish I had found her services sooner and I will absolutely be using them again!”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Bryceville home-away-from-home, packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Bryceville.
<b>Tip:</b> You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Bryceville sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
