About: Dogs and cats love my hands-on, dependable care. Whether it’s timely feeding, active walking, tossing a frisbee or tennis ball or a soothing snuggle, your beloved dog will love to see me. You can rest easy knowing your companion is in good hands. I am available for overnight sits with advance notice as well as drop-in visits. Weekdays I can drop in as well as evening visits. I am also available for walks. Please note if you are farther than 15 miles from Bridgton, I will require reimbursement for fuel expenses. I am able to care for small dogs in my home but prefer to care for pets in your home due to restrictions in my HOA.

About: I grew up with dogs, since I can remember, I was watching all of my neighbors dogs before I was even old enough to work. I have no problem, administrating medication‘s, or even giving them a bath or doing their nails. I love animals so much that one day I hope to grow up and have a big piece of land so that I can hold a sanctuary for all the animals I can give a good home too and rehabilitate. This is my full-time job watching your loved ones and helping out in anyway I can so I am fully and completely at your disposal. I have an un fence yard currently so unless you’re comfortable with having them be off the leash I’ll take them for a walk or to a dog park with your permission. I don’t mind animals on my furniture, but if I were in your home and that’s not cool with you, just let me know. All I wanna do is provide comfort and enjoyment while giving you the ability to relax knowing your pet is in good hands.

“Makaylah was absolutely wonderful. I needed very last minute overnight accommodations for my pup, and ended up needing an extra day of care. Makaylah was so kind and flexible. My dog (who is often nervous with new people for a few minutes) took to her immediately, and it made me feel so comfortable leaving her, and I got morning and evening texts with sweet pictures and updates on how she was doing. I have a highly reactive dog, and was extremely nervous to leave him with someone, but she had great communication with me leading up to his stay and handled his behavior wonderfully, but of more importance, she also keyed into what I needed to ensure both he, and they, were comfortable together so I could relax and enjoy my vacation without stressing over how he was doing there. We had a lot of communication on the onset to calm my nerves, and once I knew he and they were settled comfortably, we had a few "he's doing great" check ins. Not only would I highly recommend her for her care of my dog, I would also highly recommend her for calmly dealing with an anxious owner.”

About: I love to foster animals of all kinds, as well as take care of my own cats and chickens! I wish I could take on the time commitment for a pup of my own but working long weekends makes it impossible. I have a fenced in back yard, and grew up with large dogs. I love each pet that I get to take care of as my own! I work as a waitress Thursday night through Sunday, leaving me with a lot of week day availability! I take care of my chickens (feed, water, collects eggs) daily and give lots of love to my cats as much as they let me. I have a fenced in back yard and a great quiet neighborhood to walk animals in. My parents have 2 large dogs that I grew up helping take care of. I make sure to give lots of love and attention to all animals, as well as ensuring they’re fed and taken out!
