“Paloma was wonderful with our dog, Argus. Argus had an injury right before his time with her and she went above and beyond to make sure he was as comfortable as possible.”

“This was my lab, Josie's, first stay with Megan A., and she had a blast! From the moment she and I entered the house, Megan made us feel welcome. She is a serious, knowledgeable dog person, and the love, the helpful information, and care she shared made a huge difference. In the past, I have felt a tad guilty about having to board Josie...but now, seeing how she fit so well with Megan's "squad," well, I'm gonna feel guilty if I don't take her there. Our family recently relocated to the Lake area as full timers after 30 years of being weekenders, so having great resources now that we are living here is so important. If you are in the Lake area and want your pup to have a great stay, give Megan a try, you won't be disappointed.”

About: Hi! I’m a reliable and caring pet sitter who treats every pet like my own family. I understand that leaving your pup can be stressful, so I aim to make the experience seamless; for both you and your furry companion. I know every fur baby has their own personality, so I take the time to understand their habits, likes, and quirks. For boarding: I accept only one client at a given time and I will keep you updated with photos, messages, and videos while you are away. Your fur baby’s safety and happiness are always my top priorities! I am a dog mom of a 4 year old German Shepherd-Belgian Malanois mix and he’s my soul pup. I am open for a meet and greet to figure if we’re a good fit and look forward to meeting you and your companion! 🐾 I have a very flexible, full-time availability, which allows me to dedicate consistent attention and care to your pet throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, with structured potty breaks at least three times a day, along with walks, playtime, and companionship tailored to your pet’s needs. I’m available for dog walking and drop-in visits until 8 PM, and I also offer daytime pet sitting. Because I’m home most of the day, your pet will receive plenty of attention, supervision, and care. I intentionally maintain a calm, consistent environment and closely follow each pet’s routine, so they experience minimal disruption while you’re away. In my home, I care for a well-trained 4-year-old German Shepherd–Belgian Malinois mix. Our days are thoughtfully structured, with a morning walk around 8 AM, supervised outdoor play in a secure fenced yard, and an evening walk around 6 PM. My dog is both crate-trained and trusted to free roam with boundaries, which allows me to comfortably accommodate a range of care. I am mindful of temperament, energy levels, and compatibility to ensure a safe and positive environment for all pets in my care. For pets who enjoy additional activity, I also offer optional add-ons such as dog park visits, extended walks, or longer outdoor adventures/hikes at an additional rate. 1. Dog Walking Walks are tailored to your dog’s needs, whether it’s a relaxed stroll or a more active outing. 2. Boarding (In My Home) Boarding includes 1 daily walk, 3+ potty breaks, yard playtime, feeding as per schedule, and plenty of companionship. Dogs are supervised closely and never left alone for long periods. I maintain your dog’s routine as closely as possible to ensure comfort and security. 3. Drop-In Visits Drop-ins include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship, along with light clean-up if needed. I ensure your pet is comfortable, safe, and cared for during each visit. Will include short walks (if needed).

She was amazing! Took lots of pictures. My dog needs 24/7 care and she did exactly that. My dog felt like she was at home and I absolutely love that because she has bad separation anxiety! I’d recommend To the whole state if I could!

100% of sitters in Brumley can provide daily exercise during dog boarding stays. Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, this may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.

During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.

  • Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
  • Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
  • Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Brumley.

Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in MO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.

Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
