“Bella is AMAZING - I could go on and on about her as a dog sitter and a person! I just moved to Delaware and was nervous to find a quality sitter for my fur baby, since I’ve had bad experiences with other sitters and my pup is anxious / very particular on who she likes. When my dog met Bella and her family, she felt right at home. My dog stays with Bella at least 3 days a week, and each day, Bella is extremely responsive and sends so many pictures of my pup without me even asking. When I pick my dog up, she stares back at their door because she misses Bella already. She even completes the daycare report card to let me know how many times she’s gone potty, eaten, etc. so I am up to speed after the day is done. Bella absolutely adores my pup and treats her just like her own. I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving my baby with anyone but Bella and her family. I could say so much more, but thank you for everything 💙”

I work mostly from home so I have flexibility to care for your dogs needs. I’m also available for boarding during the week and on weekends. I have family home with a fenced in backyard to let your dog take care of their needs and sunbathe if they so desire. I have a dog and cat who can keep your fur baby lots of company. I also have space to crate your fur baby if you so wish.

About: At one time, we were breeders of Champion Golden Retrievers, and have raised many a pup, from small to large breeds. From Bernese to Yorkies, we love them all! Our furbabies are a Shorkie and Shih Tzu who are well behaved and make great hosts and playmates! Large pastures and trails on which to walk, so lots of exercise. Our canine guests will receive lots of love and attention! They will be welcome in our house if well-behaved, and treated like one of the family during their stay. We have excellent references from previous guests and do our best to make sure our every guest feels right at home. We follow all care guides given by our guests owners, including giving meds and treats as owner provides us. I or my husband are home with our guest dogs during stays. Our guests get lots of attention and care. We want to care for them as they are used to being cared for at home. We have a fenced yard. We back up to mikes of hiking trails for walks and runs always on leash. We walk 3-4 times a day or as often as match the home life of our guests. They are cared for in our home and integrated into being cared for as part of our family with 2 little welcoming fur babies.

About: I'm a passionate dog lover with a special knack for puppy training. I'm also a proud corgi mom, so I know how to handle even the most energetic breeds with patience and love! I'm currently working full time as a phlebotomist, but I have off every Sunday and at least one other week day. Also, every other week I work day shift so I have time to walk your pet if need be in the evenings. All you have to do is ask if I'm available a certain day at least 3 days in advance and I'll be sure to tell you if I can help! I currently live in an apartment and have plenty of space in the living room to set up your dog's bed, crate, food bowls, etc. Plus, if they feel lonely, I have a 1 and a half your old corgi named Clyde who is super friendly and playful. However, if you need your dog to cared for alone, I am able to keep Clyde in a separate area. On another note, if I needed to come to your place to do a drop in visit, please know I would respect your space and follow the instructions you provide.

About: I have worked at a boarding facility in an animal hospital for almost 3 years. I also have some experience working with vet techs and doctors. I made the decision to leave my job as a boarding technician to focus solely on my veterinary technology online classes. I know the care, love, dedication, patience and preparedness it takes to care for your babies. I have cared for dogs and cats of all ages and sizes and breeds. I’ve also cared for exotics which includes birds, small mammals, reptiles, etc. I also had a dog of my own which I had for 13 years and she was the love of my life. She was special needs, with a brain disease, dementia which caused behavioral issues, and in the last year of her life she suffered from a tumor and was constantly bleeding so I have a lot of experience with caring after a high maintenance pet, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. I can confidently say animal caretaking is the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done in my life. I left my full time job so I could focus on my online classes so my schedule is super flexible. I have no problem with getting up super early in the morning or being up super late at night. Working at an animal hospital full time for years hours can be very long and shifts start super early so I’m very disciplined when it comes to being on time. I have a big home and live near lots of parks and walkways where we can walk. I have spare pet beds, treats and toys in my home as well. The door to outside remains closed at all times. I will only take a dog outside if they are on leash. I will keep an eye on baby at all times.

About: I have a deep love for all furbabies! I do well with any size dogs or cats! I enjoy playing with animals of all kinds ! I'm currently a SAHM of one, in Christiana, De. I have a completely open and flexible schedule. Open to driving within 15 miles of location. I am now open to offer in house care for any dogs/cats up to 2 at a time. I have no animals of my own anymore, but my son is very animal friendly.

“Pablo seemed to have a good time getting along with other pets in her care. Although he must have played rough or hurt himself when playing but came back with a bruise on his mouth. I was also told Pablo didn’t like eating his meal which is unusual since he didn’t have this issue anywhere else. Overall a good experience! Zay was responsive and helped accommodating him on short notice.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. Currently have 1 medium size female Lab named Sophie and two indoor male cats named Herbert and Harry both over 10 years old. Dog and Cat boarding will be a fulltime service. No other current obligations. All emergency and pet care needs would be available 24/7. Currently my husband works full time and will be available part time and I will be available for full time pet care. Our home has a large closed in breezeway that opens up to a fenced in 1/4 acre backyard. We have two indoor male cats and a 6 year old female lab named Sophie to be a friendly companion during your pet's stay with us. Our home is located within 2 miles of Delaware's White Clay Creek State Park and Maryland's Fair Hill Natural Resource center if pet owners approve of hiking adventures.

About: I simply LOVE animals of all kinds. I’m currently studying to become a veterinarian and am looking for all the experience I can get. I enjoy being around animals and taking care of them. I’m CPR and AED Certified. Along with Certifications in Animal/Pet Care and Psychology. I’m currently unemployed (but am actively looking) so am wanting to do this for the experience and fun of it and also for some extra income. Whatever needs to be done to ensure the proper care, safety, and happiness of your animal(s) will be done. I’ve been around a lot of different cats and dogs with different needs and always do my best to meet them.
