About: I am a local college student with a focus on Early Childhood Education. Animals have been my safe space for as long as I can remember. I have two dogs and a bearded dragon that I consider my family. We love to go for walks and play outside in the sunshine! I am happy to assist with any of your pet needs as my schedule is very flexible! I am a full-time college student and currently only have classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Even with classes two days out of the week, my days/evenings are flexible. I have a fenced in yard and the dogs and I enjoy getting outside to sit in the sun and throw the ball. I also enjoy taking my bearded dragon outside for some natural basking. The dogs and I go for daily walks and we have our daily routine feedings. Baths are given every one to two weeks (depending on how stinky they are).
About: I am a lifelong animal lover with extensive hands-on experience caring for both traditional and exotic pets. I currently share my home with two wonderful cats and a pet snake, so I completely understand the unique daily routines, body language, and specialized care that different species require. I am deeply responsible and detail-oriented. I know how important it is to strictly follow feeding schedules, maintain clean environments, and provide the exact type of attention your pet prefers—whether that is high-energy play, patient socialization, or just peaceful company. I treat every animal with the same high level of safety and love that I give my own creatures at home. As a small business owner, I work from home and manage my own schedule. This gives me incredible daytime flexibility to provide frequent potty breaks, administer timely medications, and give your pet the dedicated attention they deserve throughout the day. As a business owner, safety and trust are my top priorities. I treat your home with total respect, closely follow your security routines, and strictly adhere to all specific pet feeding and safety instructions. I provide a calm, highly organized, and safe environment. My own experience with sensitive cats and a reptile means I am hyper-aware of keeping spaces clean, temperature-controlled, and completely hazard-free for animals. Your pet’s safety is my absolute priority. As a responsible business owner, I am detail-oriented, highly dependable, and respectful of your home. I maintain a calm, clean, and hazard-free environment, ensuring your traditional or exotic pets remain safe, comfortable, and properly cared for while you are away.
“Lahra was absolutely amazing. She was absolutely amazing with Ernie and treated him with so much love, care, and attention. From the very beginning, I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving him in her hands. She is incredibly trustworthy, dependable, and genuinely such a kind person. It was clear how much she truly cared about Ernie, and that meant so much to me. Knowing he was happy, safe, and being so well cared for gave me complete peace of mind. I’m so grateful we found her and would recommend her without hesitation!”

About: My family and I have taken care of two Chihuahuas over the past 20 years. My extended family was raised around dogs so we are always around them. I usually take them on walks as I enjoy doing that myself. I am currently applying for work around the greater Brunswick area. I wouldn’t mind starting with a part-time job which would give me plenty of time to help people with their pets. We have three dogs at home and they are all rescue pets so it brings me joy to take care of them daily. I usually take them on walks when it’s not too hot.

About: Pet care is almost second nature for me. I’ve been entrusted with caring for pets since I was a child and started taking it more seriously in my adulthood. Having furry friends to hang out with is truly the highlight of any day/week for me. I work in the restaurant biz, but I’m able to set my schedule for the most part, so taking on pet sitting gigs is easy for me. While I live in an apartment, it is VERY pet friendly. It has a dog washing station on my floor, as well as multiple pet play areas around the property. Inside your fur babies can enjoy spacious areas and easily accessible food an water station. And for the babies that like to feel the wind in their hair, I’ve got a balcony that looks over a portion of River Walk! I initiate play time and adhere to any specific walking and eating schedule your baby may have.
About: I've had over 20 years of pet care experience, ranging between several different dog breeds and sizes, cats, rodents, reptiles, and even some bird-sitting. I understand each pet is different in their own way, some needing certain medications or volumes of food and water, and other pets are easier to take care of, but their owners need someone last minute to help watch and take care of their beloved pets. I also know when it comes to more than one pet in the household, some pets can get rowdy with each other and may tend to hurt one other, so I'm used to cleaning up after and treating the occasional bites or scratches they inflict. Having to give medications, give special food, and even seeing blood or recent wounds on animals doesn't stop me from providing the care they need while their owners are away at work or vacation or whatever else life has thrown their way. I've been known to be a reliable petsitter by many friends and family members over the years, and I make sure to follow all needs and specifications for each pet, regardless of their age and their size. At the moment, I am available all day on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and then on Mondays and Wednesdays I am attending a class from 9:30 AM to 12:30 AM, which anytime before or afterwards I can help walk or watch over pets. While I do not currently offer petsitting at my own home due to my roommates, I understand that every owner's household and every pet is different. I make sure that each of the doors and windows are closed and locked for the pet's safety, unless otherwise specified by the owners. If there are certain rooms or parts of the house off-limits to myself or the pets, I keep us away from those areas for the owner's privacy. And if the pets do tend to make a mess or I use any of the utilities of the home to help clean and take care of the pets, I make sure that everything is turned off and cleaned up afterwards so there are no messes for the owners when they return to their home and beloved pets.

This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your walker interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
