About: I have been an animal lover and owner for over 30 years. My 14 year old Lab is truly my best friend. He is used to other animals and very laid back. I provide lots of patience, affection and exercise for all animals. We go out 3-4 times per day for walks and potty breaks. Live right by Cherokee Park, which is a great venue for pups. I just returned home from living/working in California for a year+. Therefore my reviews are from 2023 and earlier. Please let me know about anything your pet needs to feel safe and happy. The more information the better. I can handle separation anxiety and other behavioral issues but prefer to know ahead of time. Please make sure your pet is treated for fleas/ticks. If your baby has a history of indoor urination, please provide diapers/belly bands. Happy to accommodate all ages and stages. I truly enjoy the company of animals and also like to walk often. Being in the park and exercising helps lift my spirits. My dog has improved my life in many ways and he makes me a better human. My condo is very pet friendly and permitted by the HOA. Pets are given a cool, calm and comfy environment. Plenty of memory foam beds and free access to filtered water. (Treats also, if owners request/permit). I am almost obsessively neat and always treat my customers’ homes with respect. My goal is to be as unobtrusive as possible. Scrupulous about keeping your home secure while you are away. I ask that you leave clear and detailed instructions to maintain a safe & secure home. Also, for long term services, I do not mind bringing in mail, putting trash/recycle bins out.

About: I’ve had pugs for over a decade and a French bulldog briefly. I’ve sat for my friends and cousins corgis, golden retrievers and Boston terriers. Love the snores, the drools, and cuddling with them. Dogs are always welcome on my furniture and in the bed. I enjoy pampering them with belly rubs, butt scratches, massages and just goofing around with them. I work different jobs and at times have flexible schedule. Also I work close to my home so it’s easy for me to come home and check on the guest doggies at home if needed. I stay in a condo building and I can walk them (on leash) around the condo. My condo complex has a nice walking path for dog walks and it is a fairly quiet with very little traffic. Plenty of green space around. I have a small fenced in private yard too.

With all the extra time why not spend it with a great pet. I have a fenced in yard and my roommate has a black lab. Ashton is very accommodating and flexible. I did a last minute booking and she is still willing to accept Mochie. and we also had some time adjustments for pick up and she is okay with it. Our dog loved her, she gave us consistent updates with him. Her aura is so welcoming and definitely will give love and care for your pup like her own. Would highly recommend!
Barbara took great care of Lola for us! I had a last minute trip into town to visit a sick friend. July 4th weekend so finding any of my usual dog sitters was not an option.
