My husband and I worked closely on his training, socialization, manners, and recall and he has grown into a well-behaved dog who is comfortable around other dogs and can safely enjoy off-leash activities in appropriate settings. About: I have a genuine love and passion for dogs and have been caring for them for many years. I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and personalities, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and attention. Dogs have always been an important part of my life. I had two of my own dogs whom I loved and cared for throughout their lives, both living to approximately 15 years old. Caring for them from their younger years through their senior years gave me valuable experience understanding how a dog’s needs change as they age. I also have plenty of experience with puppies—including one very memorable night when I was caring for a pregnant dog while her owner was away and she unexpectedly went into labor in the middle of the night! About: I have cared and trained service dogs. Many family and friends have counted on me to care for their pets and know that I will always put them first. I work about 4 hours a day during the week (Wednesday and Friday) and I’m never gone for over 6 hours at a time while at work. Otherwise I am mostly home and only away for 1-2 hours for errands. Pets have entire first floor. My dogs usually hang out in the huge couch or in the office watching the birds (I set up feeders to entertain my bird dog and he loves it). On nice days I’ll leave the back door open for them to come in/out as they please. They have water both inside and outside the house. Dogs love sunbathing but here is also shade area all day in case they want to stay outside but out of the sun. Backyard is completely fenced.

I also used to have a hamster, a rat, and hedgehog. Currently I own one dog and a saltwater fish tank. I have plenty of experience with cats as well.
