About: i have pet sat for years and i decided to turn it into a career i enjoy spending time will all animals and really getting to know each one’s personality i try to be as flexible as possible so i can be relied on at all times. pet sitting is my primary and i put that first 100% of the time :) i make sure to spend all my time with them to develop a relationship between myself and the pet. i try to do extra fun things with them, like play tug of war with their favorite toy or if they like more cuddles i provide extra snuggles. i don’t mind commuting to another home where the animal is more comfortable. if they want a walk i will take them on a long walk to the dog park and play ball with them. whatever they need i will put first!

About: I’ve raised dogs, cats & goats since I was old enough to hold a leash! From bottle feeding kittens to training goats to do tricks, dogs feel like a breeze. For the last 6 years, I’ve taken care of family & friend’s dogs. My husband & I have a 80lb golden doodle (who is transitioning into his elder stage of life) so I understand the importance of daily walks, play dates, and proper grooming. I vow to apply the same care for your pet! I’m currently a server, so I work less than 30 hours a week & mainly evenings! This leaves me plenty of time to pet-sit or walk during the day, especially on my days off. I have a fenced in back yard, a park within a 3 minute walking distance, and an incredibly friendly golden doodle. He loves to play fetch and tug. We take our dog on daily walks, weekly baths, and administer the proper vitamins and ear care as he transitions into being an elder dog. It’s important that I translate these same practices to clients animals!

I have been working with animals my whole life, even before attending Vet School. I also connect to any animal I meet, mentally. Animals are drawn to me! I have house sat for an animal sanctuary with over 50 cats and dogs and many horses and other animals, feeding, training, and giving meds. I believe all animals should be treated with respect and love! I can train anything! They just understand authority and love me! My work schedule varies week to week. Simply contact me and we will see what we can set up. Most times I should be available. I live very close to Lake Michigan so I can walk them on the beach! I am a groomer and trainer. About: Hi! My name is Frances Irene. I joined Rover for my simple love of dogs and I enjoy nothing more than being outdoors with them. I have over 20 years of experience dog sitting, boarding and walking. I've cared for a variety of pets from dogs to cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, and even rats. Yes rats! I raised my own dog for over 10 years, so I understand the importance of keeping pets on a regimented schedule of food, water and walks as well as providing them with plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I'm trained on proper leash and walking techniques and I have experience administering eye and ear drops as well as medications. I have a patient, loving and gentle demeanor. About: I Owned A chocolate Lab trained him when he was a puppy to use bathroom behind garage walking him out when needed ,trained him to stop look both ways and cross with me . Friend trusted me to give prescription to there dog while out of Town feeding walking and playtime. I Own 2 cats get up at 4:30 every morning measure food give fresh water daily scoop litter let my 2 cats get fresh air on my balcony if warm enough treats and play time. About: Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve loved animals of all kinds. I had a cat growing up and she was my best friend. My parents let my brother and I get a dog in 2019 during Covid. He’s a German shepherd Doberman mix and was only 7 months when we adopted him. Big dog and lots of energy. We took online school that year and spent lots of time playing with him. Even before having a dog of my own, I would walk this cute little dog in my neighborhood sometimes. His house was right next to the park and I’d always see him through the fence. I asked if I could walk him and the owners were super happy. My aunt also had a dog that I would walk and play with frequently. I have a little bit of dog sitting experience. Two summers ago a friend and her family went on vacation and asked me to watch their two golden retrievers. One old and one puppy. I was super excited and happily accepted. It was about two weeks and I slept at the house. The younger puppy had to be put in her crate at night. It was a big responsibility but lots of fun. I’ve also dog sat for my aunt as well. I’m a full time reseller, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I work mostly in the afternoon, so filling my morning with another job would be perfect for me. I have three cats and a dog of my own so I have quite a bit of experience. I am able to administer medicine or fulfill specific diet needs. I have experience with crate training as well.

About: My family has always had at least 1 dog in the household for my entire life. I have raised my own dogs from when they were 8 weeks old, and understand the commitment needed to make sure they are safe and taken of. I understand the needs of different breeds, and am willing to make sure those needs are taken care of. I have an Australian shepherd who walks 2-3 miles a day, so long walks are no problem! I am currently working part time substitute teaching, and coaching u14 hockey during the night time. My mornings and early afternoons are usually open during the weekdays, and I'd love to spend that time with dogs of all shapes and sizes! I try to take my 2 dogs on a walk everyday, usually lasting about 35-45 min, while giving them potty breaks and outside time as much as possible. When inside, I play with tug-of-war toys and give lots of pets and scratches to the doggies. I make sure to clear all objects/food from the edges of countertops, or anywhere that the dogs could get to it to make sure they don't eat something they shouldn't.

About: I’ve had dogs, mostly Dachshunds, the majority of my life. Our pets are our family, and I would treat yours with the same loving care while you are away that I would want for my own. I have personal experience caring for my own disabled Dachshund who needed his bladder expressed as well as our other Dachshund who was going through chemo for lymphoma. I know how hard it can be to find trusted special care for your beloved pet. I’m currently in nursing school so I'm out and about often for drop in visits. About: I haven’t met a dog I didn’t LOVE! With every unique personality and quirks, dogs have always held a very special place in my heart as companions, hard workers, and adventure buddies. Patience and understanding are a virtue when I introduce myself to a new dog. I am a persistent, positive reinforcement driven owner who loves to have lots of fun! I would absolutely enjoy getting to know your dog and creating a special bond. I offer basic commands training, puppy training, and special needs help (one of my two dogs is blind and deaf), along with administering any medications needed. I own and operate a restaurant Wednesday afternoon through Sunday night, so my schedule is heavily leaning towards Monday and Tuesday all day availability. I am also available in the mornings every day until about 2pm. I’m a routine person, we go potty every morning around 8:30-9am, have breakfast, and go outside again for another potty. Depending on the weather, Koda and I usually go for our walk around 12pm, lasting about 30-45 minutes (unless we are hiking a nature trail). Upon return it’s time for another potty break, then a few times more every 3-4 hours until it’s time for bed. In between those breaks are lots of playing inside and outdoors with toys and training with treats or cooked meats. I have a degree in wildlife biology, and focus on bird watching. This makes me very apt to sudden changes in the environment around me. I am quick to respond, and think critically on a whim to act on which is the best and safest approach to handle a situation. In the event that is beyond my control I would contact the owner (and possibly a veterinarian) immediately and let them know that I would like to take their dog to receive professional attention. Your pet comes first and I always make sure that our walks and training sessions are positive, exciting, and safe. While I seem energetic, I also have a relaxed disposition that is quite necessary when meeting a dog for the first time. They want to know that you are a safe and comfortable human that won’t harm or agitate them. I get down on their level, offer a hand out to encourage them to interact with me first, and then reward with a treat or toy. This is usually effective with repetition, but I understand that every dog is different. Trust is earned and I am persistent!
