“Jill was amazing! Great at meeting our needs, working with our cats’ feeding schedule, and very communicative. She stayed longer than was necessary for the service we requested. Highly recommend!”

“Lawrence was great with my pets and super communicative with me while I was out of town, appreciated all of the photos he sent and the time he took to get to know my kiddos!”

“Mal did a great job taking care of our four cats! She was responsive, spent extra time there, was able to give our fiesty cat her medication, and went above and beyond keeping everything clean and giving us updates! We will definitely book with her again!”

“Lark has been incredible! She pays such close attention to my dog and has built a wonderful relationship with her. Lark has gone above and beyond for my pup and I feel very comfortable knowing she is walking and taking care of my dog while I am at work. Lark communicates with me quite a bit about my pup so I always know what’s going on. Knowing your dog is being well taken care of is worth a lot to me, and I do not have to worry about Tillie at all when she is with Lark!”

“Ashley is excellent!! She is super communicative and easy to work with. She knows dog behavior/signals and always writes great notes after her drop-ins. It's a relief to know our pups have a reliable buddy to check in on them! Absolutely would recommend booking with Ashley. :)”

“I’ll definitely trust Melissa again with my kitty. ? She took a lot of pictures for us, made sure Gemma felt comfortable around her, and even gave her a little Christmas present. ❤️ She is great and I absolutely recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I can play with them, pick up after them, bathe them and make sure they’re happy and well fed. And I can take the dog on short or long walks and make sure they’re happy and safe. Also for house sitting I’ll make sure the house is clean and any messes the dog makes is cleaned up as well I’m a student at an online university, but I am taking a break from perusing my BS in forensic accounting. So I have plenty of time to watch your pets. I have two dogs that I take care of with my family. And they are well cared for and I play with them throughout the day and feed them when they need to be fed.

“If you're seeking a respectful, trustworthy, responsive, caring, and compassionate pet sitter, look no further! Tiffany did an excellent job caring for my two labs over the holidays. She's earned my business from here on out! Thank you so much, Tiffany!!”

“Emily was wonderful!! This was our first time leaving Ricky (a cat) home alone. I was worried he would be lonely or upset when we returned. He was happy everyday to see Emily and she sent me some great photos that captured Ricky's personality . Ricky was happy to see us and waiting by the back door to greet us when we got home. I highly recommend Emily she is a sweetheart!”

About: I’m not just another sitter who shows up and leaves. I genuinely care for pets as if they were my own. What makes me different is the attention to detail and the patience I bring to every walk, visit, or overnight stay. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, needs, and routine so they feel safe and loved, not just “looked after.” While others may treat this as just a side job, I see it as a responsibility and a privilege. Your pet deserves someone dependable, caring, and trustworthy and that’s exactly what I offer. I’m currently not working, so I’m available anytime any day, if you need somebody that’s really going to take time with your pet, that’s me!! I provide pet care directly in the client’s home so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I always follow their usual routine feeding, walking, playtime, and any special instructions so they feel safe, loved, and stress-free while their owner is away.

About: I've cared for dogs my whole life. There has never been a time I didn’t have at least one by my side! I’m confident handling dogs of all sizes, from tiny pups to giant breeds. As a professional dog trainer with over 7 years of experience, I specialize in helping reactive dogs, shy dogs, and those with big feelings. I use positive, game-based training to make every interaction safe, calm, and fun. Whether it’s a playful puppy or a senior needing a gentle approach, I adapt to meet each dog’s needs with patience and care. My work life is very flexible, which makes pet care a natural part of my day. I run my own dog training business, so I can easily plan my schedule around walk times and drop-in visits. Whether it's morning, midday, or evening, I have the freedom to give dogs the time and attention they deserve. I do work an evening shift at Applebee's from 5 to 9 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I’m available the rest of the week for pet care. Safety is always my top priority on walks. I use well-fitted gear, avoid overstimulating areas, and stay tuned in to each dog’s comfort level. I take time to build trust using a calm voice, positive reinforcement, and clear communication. I also like to add fun to our walks by playing simple games along the way, not just for exercise, but for mental enrichment too. I can adjust the pace, route, and even the treats I use depending on the dog’s needs or any allergies. My goal is for every walk to feel safe, peaceful, and enjoyable.

“Diane provided exceptional care for our two senior cats during her twice-daily visits over the course of a week. She maintained a consistent schedule, always arriving promptly and providing detailed rover cards with photos each time. Despite the challenge of administering medication to one of the cats, Diane demonstrated remarkable patience, even when waiting for Ella to emerge from under the bed. The house was left immaculate, and we wholeheartedly endorse Diane for anyone seeking special care for their animals.”

About: I have experience with animals of all different sizes, ages and temperaments. I am new to Rover but definitely not new to taking care of animals. I have been fostering cats and dogs for years through MEHS, BAHS and stray rescue STL. Can provide proof if needed. I recently adopted one of my beautiful foster babies (Lilo). She is the only dog I have currently and is only 5 months old and very friendly with anyone and everything. I do have a 9 year old (Simba) and 6 month old (Charlie) cat, as well as a turtle (Peanut) I have had for 5 years. All of my animals are spayed/neutered. They are all allowed to enjoy the furniture just as much as I am. I would love to give your animals all the love and care while you are away. I am currently in college, so in my free time, I am usually home studying and cuddling up with my fur babies on the couch. I work part-time nights so I usually go in late while the animals are asleep so I am able to spend the day taking care of our pets. I make sure to feed them, give them a nice fresh bowl of clean water. Spoil them with a treat or two. Give them some love and affection, let them out to use the restroom and walk them if that is something you'd like me to do as well, as i know all animals have different needs and some need more exercise than others. If they are on a special diet or need any special care, just let me know as I am quite the note taker and can absolutely meet those needs for you.

About: Hi there! I have been pet sitting off and on for over 10 years. I love every dog and strive to give them the best time possible. Enrichment is my specialty, as I love to help a dog's brain work. I am the owner of Your Pet Life Coach, and I help teach people about how enrichment activities can be fun for your pup and also help with behavior issues. I am a self-taught dog trainer and have trained a few dogs, even one for commericals and photo shoots. My ideal day would be chilling with the pup, allowing them to tell me what they would like to do: cuddle, play ball, train. I believe I read every dog very well. I have a certificate in Animal Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Massage, along with certification in pet first aid and CPR. I have experience with both geriatric seniors and puppies, helping old dogs get up and move around, and training puppies to potty train and perform basic obedience. I am available every evening during the week, for check ins, walking and other fun activities. I am almost always available the entire day on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I work a full time job at WashU. I am in the office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8-5. If your pet can not be alone that long, I can make arrangements with my husband to check on them during the day. He will also come to the meet and greet that we set up ahead of time. I am very thorough with retrieving all information from the pet parent, and also reading the pets body language. I follow the owners rules in their home and with their pet. I am available for house sitting (I have experience with plants and other small animals as well), for daily walks, and check ins.

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I have dealt with senior pets, puppies, even a few reptiles! I am familiar with various levels of medical need as well. I work at an elementary school so my evenings and weekends are free ( as well as any days off for holidays and seasonal breaks) I will ensure your pets are cared for to your specifications. Whether it is in your home or on a walk, they will be treated as you expect.

“Olivia was able to give me peace of mind while I was on strip and my husband had to work long hours. Our dog, Belle, was able to get a walk, potty break, and some cuddles while he was at work. She was great to work with and Belle was so happy to see her.”

“Jessica comes with my highest recommendation for either a pet sitter or walker. Jessica's two Saints are her babies. She is a responsible and loving pet owner. I would have her watch my dogs anytime.”

Jessica M.
“Jessica has been a god send to my family. We have four cats and she has been watching them for us when we go out of town for the past two years. When I leave I know I don’t have to worry about anything, she treats them as if they were her very own. She brings in the mail, cleans their boxes (even when I tell her not to worry about it), and sends pics so we know they are doing well.”
