I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, and needs, so I take the time to really get to know them and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have experience working with goats, cats, dogs and lizards, chickens and even horses, along with senior pets. I’m patient and consistent when it comes to basic training, potty routines, exercising and helping reinforce good habits. I know how important that is, so I focus on structure, positive reinforcement, and lots of encouragement. For senior pets, I have lots of experience in administering medication, and sticking closely to their routine, or providing extra attention and care. Reliability and communication are very important to me. I make sure you stay updated with messages, photos, and check-ins so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to give you peace of mind and make your pet feel happy, secure, and cared for every step of the way. I’m currently working part-time and remote, so I have plenty of flexibility to help others take care of their fur baby. You can count on me! I provide a safe, loving environment. I currently have a 4-year-old Bernedoodle who is everything to me. I grew up surrounded by animals and have always had a strong love for them. Over the years, I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors by dropping in to care for their pets, feeding them, spending quality time with them, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I make it a priority to follow each pet’s routine closely, give them plenty of attention, and create a calm, safe environment where they feel at home. About: Hello, my name’s Anna. I have been taking care of dogs since I was 26. My family got a golden doodle several years ago and he has definitely been a joy and a task. Having a dog such as mine has made me more comfortable in my dog caring skills and fairly knowledgeable about what needs dogs have. I’m also very well equipped to handle puppies as I recently got a cocker spaniel several months ago. But given that, my passion for dogs continues to grow. I now as an independent adult have 2 dogs who I’ve had the pleasure of raising as puppies to where they are at now. I work full time but like to stay active and adding furry friends to the mix on my days off is no big task. I would love to see more dog friends and help them socialize and make someone’s life easier. I don’t have a fenced in back yard, but I am capable of taking dogs on as many walks as needed. I am also capable of putting dogs in a crate and preparing them for crating as long as needed.

About: Within the past couple years I started my own small business in pet transportation. I received licensing from the USDA and am knowledgeable in best practices in caring for pets while their families are away. I truly believe that our pets are our family and will aim to make your pets feel loved and well-cared for while you’re away. Beyond my own pets, transporting gave me experience with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I do have references to attest for the high standard of care I will provide. I am no longer transporting pets due to being away from my family (pets and humans) for extended periods of time. Recently I have become a stay at home mom, but really miss all the extra animals I got to love on. My availability is pretty flexible throughout the week now and I’m excited to meet your furry family members! I am available to care for your pet in your home or through walking. I will accept puppies/young dogs for boarding and doggy daycare in my home as I have my own large dogs, who are friendly, but intimidated by other large dogs. This can include feeding, administering medicine, walking, play time, crating, etc. I will always aim to stick to you and your pet’s schedule. I have a couple of years of experience in a vet office, initially attending college for veterinary medicine.

About: I am a very observant person and be sure that your pet will be safe while you are away . I have dogs of my own and will care for yours as if they were my own . I operate a group that is focused on assisting rescues with transports from shelters to the rescue or their foster home as well as helping the lower income pet owner when in need . I pet sit for a neighbor for her 4 small dogs when she is away and have done this for about 10 yrs now . I have also spent the past 3 yrs working with my local lost and found group as well as an admin in the group . About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life. I’ve potty trained them, taught them how to walk with a leash, taught them tricks like sit stay and say your prayers, and too many to say. I will spoil your fur babies like I do mine. You would never have any worries while you’re away they will be in good hands. I love and enjoy being around dogs and or cats. I’d send you videos and or pictures of your fur baby. Some owners have their fur babies on a schedule if so I will do the same. if there is a park nearby I’d probably take them there. But first I would ask the owner what they would like me to do sense it is their pet. I'm retired so I'm flexible. My routine is the fur babies routine. I'd like to keep it that way for them, so I would need to know. I have a fenced in yard, not big for big dogs tho. They will be fed, played with and cuddled. If they need to be caged I have a large one for their comfort.

About: I have taken care of all different animals ever since my parents bought me my first horse as a kid! I love all animals including cats and dogs! I’m currently a high school graduate working part-time, so I have plenty of free time to care for and play with your pet! I enjoy going for long, daily walks in various kinds of weather with my dogs. About: I brought home my first puppy of my own, Tucker, almost 2 years ago! He is my very best bud and I work diligently to make sure I’m raising him right! I love dogs of all sizes and love getting to spend time with them. I’ve attend quite a few dog training sessions to be prepared for certain situations! I’d love to help take care of your pup while you’re away! I work 8-3, but I let my dog out during my lunch break everyday! Your pup won’t be kept inside for more than 4 hours at a time. Once I’m home, I spend lots of time walking my dog or playing outside in the backyard! After doing a meet & greet, I am perfectly comfortable coming to your house to watch over your pups for you! If you would like me to keep them at my house, I would like to do a meet and greet with my own pup to make sure both of them feel comfortable with each other! I have a fenced in backyard and way too many toys!

About: Hello everyone! Thank you for considering me to take care of your furbabies! I have two dogs of my own aged 5 and 4, so I know how important it is to have someone trustworthy and caring to watch your pets when needed! I have watched dogs ranging from full grown german shepherds to small puppies. I volunteered at my local animal shelter, Pet Refuge, five years ago and discovered my passion for animals! I have experience with caring for numerous sizes, ages, and breeds of dogs through both my past volunteer experience and my work here through Rover over the past 4 years. These dogs include pit bulls, golden retrievers, australian shepherds, poodles and doodles, labs, chihuahuas, beagles, bulldogs, terriers, and many mixes in between. My experience includes walking, feeding, giving oral medicine, and knowledge of the various traits and behaviors of dogs. I have learned many skills on how to interact with dogs and how to read their body language. I have been so fortunate to expand further on all of these skills through my own work full-time here on Rover with my daily clients, as well as my every-once-in-awhile pet pals that just need someone when their parents go on vacation! I also had a childhood cat who lived to be 18 years old, and adopted two kittens last year who just recently turned one! Therefore, I do have experience with cat duties as well including litter box cleaning and feeding. I love working with animals. I am currently pet-sitting full time in hopes to one day create my own business and expand! I am so passionate and appreciate all of my current and past pet parents so much for allowing me to take care of their pets! Outside of my Rover schedule I stay at home with my own two dogs and two kitties! About: I have always grew up around dogs in my home and friends, family home. My grandma used to foster dogs and she taught me a lot I know about them including but not limited to administering shots and medications. I currently work full-time. However, the dog door and fenced in yard allows your dog to be out and roam freely while I am away. I am also okay to crate your dog if that is what you would prefer. When I get home it's usually clean, play, and dinner time. As the night goes on its movies and cuddles. I have a fenced in yard and a doggy door to let your dog(s) run around outside and play during the day freely as wanted. I love to take walks in the nice weather with the dogs and play fetch out in the yard. I have an indoor camera and outdoors cameras to keep eyes when I'm not home.

About: I have a few years of experience house-sitting for dogs. During these visits, I take the dogs on walks, make sure they are fed, play with them, and provide companionship. I also am comfortable spending the night to be there for the dog at all hours. Most recently, I was a volunteer dog walker for Indy Humane, and have experience with all breeds and sizes of dogs. This is a summer job for me so I am extremely flexible! I can work at any hour and any day of the week except Sundays, but will make exceptions for multiple night stays. I care for dogs by keeping them on a leash when there is not a fenced in space. I also make sure they get adequate exercise and love while their owners are away.
