“Karen made me feel very comfortable with our first time ever leaving our dogs with someone we don’t know, and boarding them outside our home. She sent us regular updates, and took amazing care of our dog-babies! Highly recommended - Thank you, Karen!!”

“Tammi's place is wonderful. Plenty room for the dogs to romp and she's quite attentive to their needs. She checked in with me each day to let me know how they were doing and sent photos. I will be using her again!”

“Allison & Ryan have been the best experience I’ve had with Rover!! I boarded my dog with them over Christmas, and they treated him like one of their own — even got him a personalized bone! (: Allison was very communicative and easy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough!”

“Darla was amazing! She loved the dogs so much and let them play outside a lot. I know they enjoyed themselves because they’ve been sleeping all day! 1000% recommend Darla to watch your pups!”

“I had such a great experience with Lauren and Joseph, they went above and beyond my expectations. I decided to book last minute and they were more than willing to help. I was nervous at first leaving Lucy with strangers cause he’s never stayed overnight anywhere with someone he didn’t know. Lauren sent me a couple photos 30 minutes after I left showing that Lucy was fitting right in, with then having a pool cause Lucy loves to swim. That was the trick to making him comfortable right away. Thanks so much again”

“Mariah and her family took excellent care of Harper during her visit. Mariah was flexible, responsive and super friendly. Mariah made sure Harper felt at home and I am appreciative Harper had the opportunity to play with her furry friends there!”

“Fantastic job taking care of my pup. He had a great time and was even kinda worn out at the end of the weekend which is always a bonus with my always energitic little guy. They sent pictures and kept me updated throughout. Great job.”

“Kelsey was great! Zion had a wonderful time and was so happy!!! She was very accommodating and made sure that Zion had plenty of exercise. She will definitely be at the top of my list for the next dog sitter in Louisville!!!”

About: I’ve grown up having pets of all kinds, from reptiles to dogs to horses. I aspired to be a veterinarian when I was younger but made the decision for my family to become a stay at home mother. I currently have 3 German Shepherds and 3 cats. I’m home all hours of the day minus occasional errands. I’ve watched/boarded dogs of all shapes and sizes for family and friends many times. I’ve been responsible for dogs that need daily medications and or special diets without issue many times. I’ve raised and trained every dog I’ve ever owned myself and many of my friends and family come to me for help or questions with training and grooming. I truly enjoy working with dogs of all shapes and sizes! My families’ home rests on 2 1/2 acres, fenced all the way around with plenty of room for your best friend to run and play and enjoy their stay with me. I am currently a stay at home mom and am home all hours of the day. I’m only gone when I have errands to run or appointments/sports for my children. I have 3 German Shepherds that are indoor/outdoor and are typically friendly with other dogs. If your dog isn’t good with others, no problem, I can alternate time inside and time outside for everyone! My entire property is fenced off and secure. My fence is roughly 5ft tall. If your furry friend is an escape artist, no worries, I have no problem with leashing and walking them throughout the day. I also have 3 cats, 1 that is indoors only and 2 that enjoy going in and out of the house. If cats are a problem for your dog, I’m comfortable with and experienced with keeping them separated. I do prefer to have dogs crated at bedtime to prevent nighttime accidents and keep everyone safe and comfortable.

About: I have experience with a variety of dog breeds and ages as well as cats and other pets. I was a professional dog walker/cat sitter in Chicago and I had a farm in Indiana with lots of different types of animals. Right now my schedule is very flexible. I am away some weekends and holidays but will let you know about those with plenty of notice. I have a five year old goldendoodle named Claude. Claude is a high energy dog who exercises me every day. I've also had best friend beagles (Dobbs and Darla), a King Charles cavalier spaniel (Milo), labs (Pudge and Buddy), and fostered a schnauzer (Mrs. Beasley). We have had cats (Toulouse and Mr. Munster). I also had chickens, ducks, turkeys and rabbits when I lived on a farm. My availability is very good; I don’t work outside my home. I’m happy to have a long term set schedule or provide the occasional service you may need. Your pet would not meet my goldendoodle Claude unless you want your dog to have socialization opportunities; if that is the case, I can walk Claude along with your dog.

“Great experience with Daniel and his family. Leia, my dog, is extremely energetic, and she got along well with Diesel and was able to get plenty of play time outside. When I picked her up, she was well exercised, which is always a relief! I hope to leave Leia with Daniel again.”

“Racheal is my go to for pet sitting. She has taken great care of my pets whenever I needed. I can trust her to keep them safe and happy and treat them like her own. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone better equipped and more reliable to take care of your animals.”

Carly S.
“Carly and her daughter used to co-sit my late cat Freebird (2010-2020, R.I.P.) for about three years. Freebird didn't have a lot of contact with people, but she took an instant liking to Carly, which told me right away that she is a natural with pets. I could trust her to be in my home while I was away. Freebird needed a little extra care in her last few months, and Carly handled that with sensitivity. Her dog Claude is a lovable goofball who's obviously crazy about her, so I know she would do well with both dogs and cats. I would definitely recommend her.”

Daniel L.
