About: Offering pet-sitting and dog walking for the Neptune, NJ area and nearby towns. One small dog lives at our home. We are looking forward to meeting other furry friends, whether it is at our house or yours. We have sixteen years experience in caring for our dogs, as well as pet-sitting for friends' and family's dogs and other pets. I work from home Monday through Friday doing computer work, so I have time to care for your pet and pay attention to their needs. One one small pup currently lives at our home and he sleeps most of the time. Guests have a number of options of places to roam including a full finished basement.

About: Hi! I'm Katie, a doggy daycare manager and dog lover! I’ve been walking/working with dogs for upwards of 10 years and I can’t get enough of it. Due to my 4 years of experience at a doggy daycare, I have had experience with many types of dogs- puppies, seniors, special needs, low confidence pups, and those with behavioral troubles. No matter what your dog needs, I can help! I can provide your pup with all the physical exercise they need, as I love to be active and outdoors. I have also trained my own dog and can help yours with basic obedience and leash skills. I can’t wait to meet your pup!! I have a varying schedule, but work 6.5 hour shifts, so I’m always free for at least half a day. I keep my availability up to date in order to best help you schedule with me. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly 2 year old American Bully, Frank. If your pup stays at my home, they’ll have a furry friend and all the care they need!

About: I grew up with a Shih Tzu and helped take of her. My sister has another Shih Tzu now that I dogsit often. Absolutely love small dogs and can give them all the love and attention they need. I work full-time, but I work from home 2 days a week. I live and work in Asbury, so if I dogsit in town I can easily go during lunch breaks to take the dog out. Otherwise, when I know I am dogsitting I will make sure to not make other plans so that my full presence can be with the dog. I would learn the norms of the home and what the dog needs to feel comfortable and safe by having a thorough conversation and observing the dog in their habitat. I will do my best to respect the dog and their parents’ environment.

About: I have always owned dogs and currently have 2 large breeds that we bring camping. I can handle big and small dogs. I was also a teacher for 30 years so I have patience. I am retired and love to walk so I am available anytime. I also love to play with dogs so I can throw the toys and get them the exercise they need. I have a fenced yard and 2 very friendly dogs. My yard is also separated so I have artificial turf in one area for my dogs and then I have a grass area as well. My stairs are gated.

Need to add another appointment to allow familiarization and trust building. She is confident that she will be able to take care of them but I am nervous based on their behavior and stubbornness- typical chows.”

About: Besides being a lover of all animals, I’ve been walking and taking care of dogs for over 5 years now. And I’ve helped multiple families with their older dogs. I recently took a short break from Rover while undergoing treatment for breast cancer—I’m doing great now and really looking forward to getting back to what I love: spending time with animals! I’ve been caring for pets since my early teens and have experience with animals of all shapes and sizes. One of the most memorable chapters of my life was working on a TV show filmed at an animal sanctuary, where I helped care for a crew of 99 animals—everything from dogs and cats to kangaroos and lemurs. About: I am an approved veterinary assistant by NAVTA (National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America). Throughout the past year I have learned about all different types of animals and their behaviors through both didactic learning and hands on rotating clinical experience. My rotations include animal husbandry, surgery, oncology, physical therapy, recovery, radiology, ultrasound, and so much more. About: I became a cat lover later in life, taking in a stray after a snow storm on Christmas day. Prior to that I was a self-described dog person. Now, I love cats and dogs equally as they both have special traits. I've had two family dogs during my childhood, and two during adulthood. I've dog-sat for a friend's senior dog during their summer vacations, and I've cat-sat for my sister's family cat, feeding, administering insulin shots, and giving him a little love. I trained my parents' nervous rescue dog to walk on a leash (taking months of patience!). I would love to walk or sit your family pet while you're at work, away for the weekend, or on vacation. As a school teacher, my summer schedule is flexible. For the summer, I have a flexible schedule and I can accommodate various times. We can work out a schedule based on your pet's needs. I can care for your cat in your home or in my home (I have one friendly mature cat). I can walk your dog in your neighborhood, or dog sit in your home.
