About: I’ve spent much of my life caring for animals. I’ve recently left a 20+ year corporate career and I’m taking a new direction in life. Animals were my first love and I’m returning to my roots. I’ve had dogs big and small from Huskies and Labs to most recently my beloved miniature Schnauzers (I miss you boys!). I’ve had cats from cuddly Tabbies to a very picky Persian (so much hair!) to a highly mischievous Siamese (I still tell stories about that cat!). I've hand-raised cockatiels, cared for big parrots (Macaws and Cockatoos), kept a variety of reptiles (iguanas, boas, pythons and smaller snakes). I previously worked at the TN aquarium and worked at marine aquaculture facility raising fish and corals. I’ve cared for pets with a wide range of ages and temperaments, and I’m experienced in handling special diets and administering medication when needed. I have extensive experience with senior pets. I treat every pet like they’re my own and I would love the opportunity to care for yours. I have a flexible schedule and I can accommodate most any scheduling needs. Let me know your what your pet needs and we’ll make it work! I care for pets by following their normal routines as closely as possible, whether in my home or yours. That includes sticking to their usual feeding schedule, walk or playtime, and bedtime rituals to help them feel safe and relaxed. I’m experienced with specialized feeding routines, administering medications, and supporting pets with specific care needs. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so you can stay connected while you’re away.

“We were in the middle of a crazy move where the truck decided to come a day early. I found out at midnight and pulled up Rover to find a doggy day care not knowing anything about Chattanooga. I sent out a request not expecting anyone to respond but Kathy Did immediately and was so kind and gracious! She worked with me concerning drop-off and pick-up and kept me in contact with my babies with multiple pictures throughout the day. My puppies had a ball and Kathy is wonderful!!!”

About: I love every dog like my own, and my home is their home. It's like spending a weekend with grandma, but better! My treats are healthy and I have experience caring for both energetic puppies and gentle senior dogs with extra needs. Working from home means I'm with my two dogs all day. We enjoy plenty of outdoor playtime in my large fenced-in-backyard, and I'm always around to give them love & care! Pups are welcome on the furniture and the bed - we love to snuggle! I'll always follow your preferences, but it still feels like grandma's house here - cozy, relaxed, fun, and full of love! I follow the directions you leave first and foremost. After that I provide love, patience, fun, and understanding for dogs of all ages. My furniture is doggie friendly and accidents are easily cleaned up. My only requirement is that they play nice with other pups, unfortunately I'm not in a position to handle aggressive dogs who don't like others. I can provide for senior dogs who need space to themselves and extra love.

About: Surrounding myself around pets has always given me serenity and peace. I worked at a dog resort where I fed, walked, played with, cleaned up after, and even had nap time with many dogs. I have studied dog behavior and group play through lessons given by my employment at the dog resort. I can administer medication and do my absolute best at following any requirements your fur baby needs! I have a friendly golden doodle (10lbs) and two sweet cats whom I love to pieces! I also work from home and have a very flexible schedule. If you choose to get your baby taken care of by me, I will treat them like my own ❤️ I work from home and have a flexible schedule so they will have all of my attention! If they want it lol. I can also work around specific times you want your dog to eat, medication administered, etc. Although I do not have a fenced yard, it is a big yard on a cul de sac and I have a long leash for the yard as well to ensure they don’t stray too far. I also have a friendly dog that loves to play!
