About: I’m a very caring person that has had dogs and cats my whole life. I am really good with connecting with them and making them feel comfortable while their owners are away. I have a shaded fenced in back yard with nice soft grass that’s good for paws and play. It’s a safe quiet community that’s good for walks in the park nearby and around the block. Just let me know if you have any specifics for your pet’s likes and dislikes or medications that need to be administered. I’ll do my best to accommodate them and make them feel at home. I’m currently working from home. I’d love to welcome some pet friends to come and keep my company. I can easily step away from my work to be here for your pets needs. I know they’re family and deserve the best of care. I am here to provide that! I have central air conditioning which is nice for hot days. My backyard is fenced in and a reasonable size for dogs to relax and play. I keep my house clean and safe for your pets. No area is off limits here for them to sniff around and find their comfy resting spot. I live in a quiet neighborhood for walking with a park nearby.

About: I have years of experience with animals, I have a lovely fences backyard and a nearby park to walk the dogs. Plenty of space to sleep freely in the house or if needs crated, I have. For dogs they would be walked daily as I am close to a nice park with a walking path. They will have plenty of time to play outside. For now I am home all day so I will be with pets constantly. For dogs I have a nice fenced yard to play in. For cats they are kept separately in the house from other animals. I do have one cat and one dog in the home.

About: I have done drop in and overnight care for family member's pets for many years. I am a life long animal lover and have cats and/or dogs my whole life. I also did some volunteer care at an animal shelter while in college. I am a stay at home mom of three (9, 7, and 5 year olds) kids who also love animals so I have the availability to provide a lot of time and attention. I have a fenced in yard in a beautiful country setting and two playmates for your pup. Robin is 13 year old chocolate lab mix, who we rescued from the roadside. She gave birth to 8 puppies about 2 months later and we were able to find loving homes for them all. We also have Emmett, who is a shepherd/spaniel mix that we adopted as a puppy during covid. He can be shy around new people, but loves to play with any dog he has met.

“With a new puppy and anticipation of an upcoming vacation, I contacted Rikki to set up 3 all-day "play" dates, one per week leading up to our leaving. This way, our puppy would get to know Rikki and her family (and vice versa) and her home, and also know that each time she was left there to play, I always came back to get her and take her home. Well, next week is the big "leave", and our pup Juliet has had those 3 weekly play days. Familiarity has been achieved by all, and I feel a lot better knowing she will be taken care of in a nice family home, a family that she already knows and loves... and we can feel at peace while on our vacation. Each day starts with potty breaks—puppies and dogs with bladder or health issues go first, followed by the rest. Morning feedings come next, and then the day’s activities vary depending on the group. I rotate between walks, training sessions, grooming, structured play, and relaxing time in my fenced-in yard while I work outside. Dogs are crated anytime I leave the house and again overnight for safety and routine (crate training is something I can help with if needed). I maintain a consistent potty schedule every 2–4 hours and can administer any type of medication as directed. This is what I do every day—and I take pride in keeping things safe, clean, calm, and enjoyable for every dog who stays with me. My background as a professional dog trainer gives me a strong foundation in dog behavior, body language, and pack dynamics. I didn’t have to learn everything the hard way—I’ve had over a year of hands-on mentorship with some of the top trainers in the area, and I continue to seek their guidance and sharpen my skills. That experience allows me to manage dogs safely and confidently, even in challenging situations. In my home, every dog is respected for who they are. I don’t let emotional attachment cloud my judgment—I honor the animal side of every dog and prioritize safety, structure, and calm energy. I’ve become obsessed with learning to speak their language, and that obsession shows in how I read behavior, prevent conflict, and create a peaceful environment. Dogs are always crated when unsupervised and at night, and I keep a consistent routine of potty breaks, feeding, medication, enrichment, and rest. Group sizes stay small so I can maintain control and meet each dog’s individual needs. This is a safe, secure, and respectful space for dogs to relax, reset, and be understood.

About: I’ve grown up with cats, dogs, and horses and have always been there for family members and neighbors when pet care services were needed. My sister got a puppy last year and I helped raised her, took her on walks, groomed her, etc. My other older sister was a dog trainer for years and taught me a lot about dog training. I’ve got experience with large dogs (grew up with Great Danes) but also small dog experience (had a shnoodle while in high school). I also volunteered at the local Humane Society to take many dogs out for walks, clean their cages, and help get them accustomed to people. I’m a nurse who works 3 days a week and on my off days I’d love to spend time caring for animals. I currently care for my cat but also dog sit for family/friends as needed. I do not have a fenced in yard but I will put your pet on a leash and take them outside as much as possible, especially for walks. As for cats, I will interact with them as much or as little as they’d like! I will clean up if an accident happens, give them lots of pets, and give fresh water and food as wanted.

About: I have had pets all of my life. I love animals. I currently have one dog and two cats but can show your furbaby all of the love and care that you would when you're away. I've had to have sitters for my pets when I've been out of town, and finding good reliable care is challenging and expensive. I can provide updates throughout your vacation in order to keep your mind at ease. I am available for drop-in dog sitting in your home as well as overnight boarding in mine. A meet and greet is required to make sure the dogs get along. Please provide all detailed information about your pet prior to making arrangements such as medications, likes and dislikes and personality to make their stay much more enjoyable. I have experience with disabled/blind animals as well, thanks! I also love cats and am available to check in on your beloved feline! I work from home so I am in my home 95% of the time to give your pet love and attention and take them for walks. I do not have a fenced yard but I don’t let them out without a leash and I don’t leave them in the yard alone, ever.
