About: Have had pets since my youth. Currently have 3 adopted playful dogs, 14yo terrier female mix, 6yo mix and a 6yo male staffie-mix. Aso have a 6yo feline (he acts like a dog). Will come to your pal's home for drop-in visit to feed and for playtime. If your pal has any special medical needs, let me know. My 15yo girl is going blind and requires special attention. The only medical thing I can not provide is shots, but able to provide medications and other special medical support during visit as necessary. My schedule is pretty much open, will keep my calendar updated to help ensure there is no conflict. Will accommodate those whom work night-shift also. The safety and comfort of your pal comes first. About: I’ve fostered 5 different dogs from the Humane Society of Utah (3 wks - 2 mo each). I was responsible for feeding, exercising, administering meds, and providing water for the dogs. I volunteered for Second Chance for Homeless Pets, where I cleaned kennels, fed animals, completed simple cleaning tasks, & bathed a dog. I completed 4 semesters of the vet tech program at Broadview University, where I learned about proper veterinary care, including administering meds, making general health assessments, walking dogs, cleaning kennels/clinic/classrooms, etc. During this time, I completed a preceptorship at Sugarhouse Veterinary Hospital, where I was able to sit in on a surgery. I worked as a vet tech at Banfield Pet Hospital for 3 months. I also worked at The City Pet Club Dog Daycare & Boarding facility and I’ve been dog sitting for the past 6 years. I have my own all natural dog treats and dog shampoo and a defurminator deshedding brush tool. I currently work from home and am very flexible for the purpose of taking care of your fur babies.
