“Marsha is complete magic! One of our dogs wasn’t eating and having accidents before we left to go out of town for a long weekend. By the time we got home Taco was consistently eating his meals and had NO accidents while we were away. Marsha is a super communicator and sent loads of photos. We could see how happy our dogs were with her there. We already re-booked with her for our next trip! Absolutely fantastic dog / house sitter!”

“She’s great!! Came over last minute to watch our Frenchie. Very responsive and left the house just like she found it. Sent us pics of the little fur baby and kept us up to speed on everything. Love her!”

“Jen is so sweet! This was my first Rover experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer. She was communicative and treated Kinsey with so much care.”

“Zach was amazing with Acacia, she’s super timid and he was very patient with her. I loved receiving photos and updates from him, and he really eased my mind while I was away from Acacia. I hope to work with Zach more in the future! 10/10 service. He also left the house exactly as we asked!”

“Ross was great! All of our pets were well taken care of the whole time we were out of town. Our dogs are very particular about their routines so it was great to find someone who could stay with them all weekend. We’re definitely making Ross our go to sitter when we leave town.”

“Tiffany is fantastic with my dog. He loves when she comes to visit. She is responsive and sends tons of pictures and updates. She takes great care of my dog and makes it less stressful when I have to leave him. 10/10 would recommend.”

“So grateful! She did an amazing job with my quirky dog. Followed all care instructions perfectly. Loved all the pictures and updates. Will definitely book again to housesit.”

About: I have 14 years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have cats of my own and previously had dogs, so I understand the unique needs, energy levels, and personalities of both. I offer dependable dog walks while you’re at work and attentive, loving care when you’re out of town. Your pets’ safety, comfort, and routine are my priority, and I treat every animal like they’re part of my own family. I work from home and make my own schedule, which allows me to be very flexible and consistent with pet care. Because of that, I’m able to fit walks, drop-ins, and extended visits easily into my daily and weekly routine. I’ve also worked remotely from clients’ homes in the past, so if your pet needs extra attention while you’re out of town, I can spend extended time there while still handling my work responsibilities. This flexibility allows me to prioritize your pet’s routine, exercise, and comfort without feeling rushed. At this time, I do not bring pets into my own home. All care is provided in my client’s home so your pet can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your specific instructions closely regarding feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and any household routines. I make sure your pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while keeping their environment clean and secure. My goal is to minimize stress and make your time away as smooth as possible for both you and your pet.

“Jennifer was a fun, attentive, affectionate and responsible caregiver for my 7 month old kitten. She played with her a lot, fed her and cleaned out her litter regularly, and sent me lots of pictures and messages updating me on my kitten’s days. She also went above and beyond on cleaning my house and laundering the linens before I got home. Totally unnecessary, but very much appreciated. I would highly recommend her services.”

About: I have been dog/cat sitting for neighbors/friends for over 15 years. I grew up with 2 Labrador Retrievers and a Morkie, and eventually adopted cats when I was in high school. I work in human healthcare and feel very comfortable administering medications to all types of pets! I currently work Monday-Thursday 7a-5p and would be available for early morning or evening drop ins. As I have 3 day weekends every week, I have a lot of free time to care for your pets on those extended weekend getaways! Not currently accepting animals in my own home as my apartment does not allow it - but I have years of experience pet sitting, house sitting, and babysitting in other people’s homes!
“Phoebe is so sweet and kind, extremely respectful and communicative. She house sat and watched my dog and cat for about a week. She provided absolutely adorable updates, suggested and was open to a prior meeting, and followed some pretty precise and specific instructions for care. I’m so grateful Phoebe not only was able to care for my animals, but showed them love, cuddles and eased my pup’s major anxiety. Plus, I live in an apartment so it’s not easy during feeding time so I am grateful Phoebe was able to navigate that as well. Thank you Phoebe, hope you can watch these two knuckleheads again!! ❤️”

“We hired Meghan to watch our pets in our home. She was a respectful guest and took wonderful care of our pets! She went above and beyond working with us to reschedule our travel plans due to inclement weather. She provided excellent communication, with lots of updates and pictures of how our pets were doing. We would recommend her to anyone and would love to work with her again. Thanks Meghan!”

“Mikayla was wonderful! She took excellent care of my cat while I was away for two weeks, sent daily pics, and left my place spotless for when I returned. She is so kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend!”

About: I have been trusted as a caregiver for dogs of all sizes & needs since I was a little girl. I grew up with multiple dogs in the home and as an adult I have raised both Rottweilers and Pitbulls of my own, as well as fostered several dogs with behavioral issues that have since been adopted. I have studied a lot on how to manage dogs with behavioral issues and my friends and family often bring their dogs to stay with me just so I can help train them. I promise to provide a stable and safe environment where your dog will thrive & you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I work mostly from home so my schedule is flexible and I’ll be able to accommodate what your dog needs. My pit bull has been spoiled with visits to parks and hiking almost every day for the last 4 years since adopting him & I treat every dog in my care as my own. I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly pitbull that loves to run & play. It’s a pretty decent sized yard, and I also live in close proximity to the Katy trail which makes it easy to take them on walks as well. My dog doesn’t stay in a cage, so he will be there to keep yours company anytime I’m away, but I will accommodate your dogs needs however is necessary as well.

“Ashley was incredible! We needed help at the last minute as we were heading out of the country and Ashley happily stepped in and treated our pup like a queen.”

“She was absolutely fantastic. Had her watch our pup for 8 days straight at our house. She gave us tons of updates and pictures and asked questions when needed. Thank god Emily is so patient because our dog gave her a really hard time. Also our house was clean when we got home! Will use her again for sure if she isn’t booked up.”

Botanical Heights pet parents share their Rover experiences
What an excellent experience! Gaby was fantastic! She sent us text messages and photos every day with updates on how our pups were doing. She also was taking them on walks every day (when it wasn't raining...and sadly it was a pretty rainy week) and took pictures of them out on their adventures! Our house was well taken care of and she was very easy to communicate with during the stay. If she had any questions, she sent messages and was very thankful for the information. Will gladly have Gaby stay with our pack again!

Autumn was amazing with all 4 of our babies! She offered a meet and greet, and the 2 dogs fell in love with her instantly. We got daily pictures of walks and fun times in the house. Our home looks even cleaner than how we left it. We so appreciated her communication and will definitely book again.

Brianna has taken care of our home and cat several times, most recently for almost a month. She is wonderful to work with-efficient, smart, reliable, courteous, and loves my cat! It's great to come home to a happy cat and a tidy home. She sends updates and pictures and handles communications with neighbors or others responsibly and without drama. Brianna is our go-to for taking care of Franklin.

Kay Beth is amazing! She was so attentive and caring taking care of my dog, Bernice. Bernice has some extra needs like insulin injections and Kay Beth handled them like a champ. She is a vet tech so I trusted her with all of Bernice's medical needs. She loved on Bernice so much and gave her all the love and attention while I was out of town- I don't think Bernice noticed I was gone. She even noticed when Bernice started to show signs of an eye infection and called me right away. Kay Beth was great with sending daily updates and photos. Thanks, KB!!

Brianna is a top-notch Petsitter! She’s just wonderful! She is so loving to the dogs. She’s responsible and does everything she can to make sure the pups are happy. She checks with me if she has any doubt about instructions and she’s always conscientious about everything! She’s honest and reliable. And, she’s a very kind, sweet person.
Gabrielle got to know Poppy during a few walks last week and so I felt very comfortable leaving Poppy with Gabrielle during our first extended time away. Gabrielle was attentive to all Poppy's needs, took her for several long walks each day and provided great care. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing that Poppy was in good hands. Thanks, Gabrielle!
