She administered my cats medication daily, kept to the agreed upon scheduled visits, and sent photos/videos of her, but more importantly made sure to call me when she had some issues with her food. Courtney made several extra visits to ensure my cat was alright and when my trip got extended she was flexible enough with her schedule to fit my cat in.
