About: I have always loved animals and started working in veterinary medicine as early as I could. I am now a technician and love caring for animals of all all ages, breeds, and sizes. I have experience with all types of animals, energy levels, and needs. I have plenty of time right now and would love to spend time with your pets and can even take them on adventures if desired. I try and keep pets the least stressed than can be when I am around. I treat every pet like my own and how I would want my pet to be treated. I am known at my clinics for excellent patient care.

About: I currently assist an animal trainer and behaviorist with training service dogs. I have also assisted her in large dog births. I have learned how to dress wounds. I am also training my own service Great Dane. I am currently free all day, so I have plenty of time to make sure your babies are cared for and loved just as they deserve. I would be able to take them on walks (or just potty breaks, depending on what they need), and I can feed them breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When first meeting your babies, I let them lead the introduction. Meaning I dont force them to sniff me or interact with me. Its purely on their time. Same goes for anytime I interact with them. I am protective and observant, if something happens to your baby under my care you will be the first to know!
“¡La mejor! La pasión de Emily para el cuido de nuestros hijos de 4 pata es excepcional. Su paciencia, su amor y el trato con mi viejita de 15 años y medio no puede ser mejor. Estamos muy agradecidos con ella. Gracias Emily ! Dios te bendiga y te de mucha salud para que sigas con nosotros. ¡¡? recomendada!!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter! From the moment he walked in, our cats immediately took to him—which honestly never happens. They’re usually shy around new people, but they were relaxed, curious, and even affectionate right away. It was clear he has a natural connection with animals. He was reliable, attentive, and kept us updated with messages and photos that gave us total peace of mind while we were away. We came home to happy, well-cared-for cats and everything just as we left it. It’s such a relief knowing we have someone we can truly trust. We’ll absolutely be booking with him”

“Thank you Lanae! Once again our fur baby, Milo was so well taken care of. I always feel at peace knowing Milo is in good hands. I appreciate all the updates and pictures Lanae sends every drop in. You are awesome Lanae😁”

“Heather did such a great job with our kitten! We had to book a last minute drop in visit and Heather went above and beyond! She made sure our kitten was fed, had a clean litter box, got playtime, and some cuddles. She even tried to fix our front porch planters that had been knock over by the storms! We will definitely be booking again!”

“Yamile was fantastic!!!! She was very thorough with my instructions. She took time to play with my fur baby and interact with him. I will definitely be using her again. She was awesome!!!”

“Brianna is the kitty whisperer! One of my cats is super shy and doesn’t always come out when sitters come but she came out on Brianna’s first day! Brianna was super communicative, asked a lot of great questions to ensure she handled my babies needs with care and took the best pics of them both. We will definitely use Brianna for our future needs❤️❤️”

“Nicole hit it off great with my dog Cooper at the meet and greet - you could tell she cares! She’s sticks to the schedule and has ‘grown’ with Cooper as he gets more comfortable in his new home. I highly recommend Nicole.”

“JMark, is awesome!! I'm so glad I chose him. My Rottie Rome has really warmed up to him and looks forward to seeing him. They've quickly formed a bond and do well together. He keeps me updated on any developments concerning Rome, and we are pleased with his service. I hope he's apart of the family for a long while.”
“Jetaun was amazing!!!! The dogs warmed up to her and was happy to see her when she arrived. She is professional, prompt, courteous, and gentle with my fur babies. I Highly recommend her and I will be using her from now on.”

“Vaneesha is a must book! She took care of our babies for a last minute trip and sooooo put our minds at ease! This was also our longest trip apart from our newest kitty and she made sure we were kept in the loop the entire time. 10/10!!!”

“Samone took great care of my cats when I was away for Christmas vacation. I got regular updates and pics to let me know they were doing well, safe, and eating normally. Samone lived closeby and was available to catsit in my area when others wouldn't”

About: I've taken care of my first dog when I was 11 years old. I now have two dogs of my own. I also volunteer at the humane society as a hobby. I understand the hassle and income. Do not worry! I am here to provide my very best. I do not have ANY experience with cats. I work full time to make sure my dogs get what they need. I can do dog walking and drop-in visits during weekdays. I do not rush. I do not provide boarding. *When booking a service, please let me know before the available date. I will have no choice to decline the request.* I walk them twice a day, tummy rubs help a lot, brushing teeth, grooming, cleaning, buying them toys, closely monitoring, providing blankets, and healthy food.
About: Since I was a child, I've had a strong affinity for animals and have always adored fur pets. I've been caring for animals since I was ten years old. I've worked with senior dogs for four years. Neighbors and friends have entrusted me with keeping an eye on, walking, bathing, and feeding their pets. I also kept an eye on chickens. I figured rover would be a great way for me to interact with a variety of furry friends. I can work full time on weekends and part time and weekdays because I’m still in school. But I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pets. I’m available for boarding on weekends, and drop ins on weekdays. I don't keep pets in cages because I don't want them to feel confined. I do accept pets on furniture, but if you want your pet to be crated I will allow it. I also have a very large yard for your pet to run about in.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Bonanza. On Rover:
- 95% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 97% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
