“Derek was amazing. My dogs are pretty reluctant to leave me, and they were pulling me right to Derek's door the second day he watched them. They had an absolute blast with Derek and enjoyed so much outdoor time and love. I will definitely be using Derek again in the future!”

“Gabrielle was wonderful with Sunnie! She was available last minute and we really appreciate that! Sunnie seemed very comfortable with her and she was well cared for. We will definitely leave Sunnie with Gabrielle again. She updated us and provided photos during Sunnie’s stay :)”

“What a fabulous experience this was I could not be more happy. I had never left my little one before. This wasn’t my first time and I can tell she had an awesome experience. I did not wanna leave her alone because we were out of town. It would have to leave her alone all day long this way we only had to leave her for three hours Usually when I come back she’s shaking and crying and very sad if I were to leave her alone. When I came to pick her up from Julie she was happy and playful and wonderful. The care she received was excellent. Julie ‘s home was clean and inviting and safe for my baby. I will recommend her to everyone. We are going out of town for a week and I was gonna take my baby with me and find Care out there, but I’ve decided I’m going to leave her with Julie because she could not be more capable of caring for puppies than anybody I’ve ever known Thank you, Julie for being so wonderful to my baby. Can’t wait to work with you again. I come once a week to see my son at college and now I have a little drop in for my baby.”

“I don’t have enough words for how amazing our experience has been with Karen. She is very experienced and it shows in how well her dog is trained and how she takes care of ours. We set up a initial meet & greet with Karen to see how well our dogs would get along. I was a little nervous because our pup is smaller but Karen’s dog harmony is so well trained and gentle with him my worries were quickly relieved. Karen is amazing with our 4.5 month old pup he loves going to daycare she keeps him on a routine with multiple walks, playtime, naps, food breaks, and potty breaks. He came home a very happy pup. We will definitely be rebooking.”

About: I have experience with Elderly dogs as well as puppies. I have some experience with training and am able to assist with simple commands like sit, stay and heel. I have experience with reactive dogs as I used to have one of my own and am very good at soothing stressed animals and keeping them under control. I am a University student and will be leaving Wilmington on July 10th. However I do regularly return for holidays and will be back in December. I am a very diligent caretaker always keeping an eye on the pet and taking time to determine what they need when they express distress. I am very active and love being in nature so I am happy to take as many walks as might be necessary!

About: I volunteered at an animal shelter for three years in high school, worked at that same shelter for an additional 3 years after volunteering, and continued to foster kittens and dogs for them after I left. I have fostered 19 kittens and 1 dog that required extensive medical care. I have also pet sat several times since then! I love animals and am very patient with ones that need a little extra attention. I also am able to draw pet portraits (charcoal). If you are interested, just ask! I work from home, so if you want someone that will be here all the time aside from a small grocery run, I am your gal! I live on three acres; however, it is not fenced yet. Until we are able to fence it, I will take your dog out on leash. We are in the process of raising the funds to secure the whole property. I do have a dog, so your dog must be dog friendly. He is a 6 year old heeler that loves to play and is vocal. Does not try to dominate other dogs at all. He just wants to be friends. For both of our benefit, I would like to have a play date beforehand just so they can have a friendly introduction. I have had a bad experience in the past where a pet sitter severely neglected my dog the last couple days we were out of town. It is very important to me to make sure all dogs feel loved and safe. I will send you daily updates on how your dog is doing so you can have peace of mind your fur baby is in a safe environment. I know how important that reassurance is to me and I don't expect it to be different for anyone else. My husband will also be here when he isnt working. He is also WONDERFUL with animals.

“Kaylah and her kids are all wonderful with Marshall! They’re all sweet and professional too. She’s there to greet us when we arrive to drop off and to pick him up, she sent pictures of him and he was having the time of his life in her big fenced back yard!”

“Andrea was great with our puppy, Bella! Bella came home tired every night from playing with the other dogs, but was ready to go back the next morning. Andrea was very responsive and accommodating to my schedule.”

“Brian and his lovely wife did a super job caring for our dog while we were away for the day. Lucy was happy and healthy when we returned, and we appreciated Brian touching base during our time away to give us peace of mind that everything was going well. Lucy had a wonderful time. Thank you!!”

I also love to take your dogs on scenic walks and hiking in nature!! I have a fenced in backyard for dogs to play and potty. I also enjoy walking them along scenic paths! I can also crate your pets if needed.

“Cheryl was a wonderful pet sitter, she took very good care of my dog that has separation anxiety. She only takes one dog at a time which I love, I know that my dog is going to get the attention that she needs. Sheryl is very thoughtful caring and made my dog feel very comfortable. She took her on long walks, and made her feel comfortable. I will definitely use her again whenever I am in town. She is the best dog sitter in this area.”

“I never got to meet Abby because my parents brought my puppy to play with Abby and her dogs while I was out of town. However, Abby sent me lots of pictures of my puppy throughout the day and kept me updated. My dad also said she handled him very well when he seemed scared to enter the new environment. I returned to a happy puppy and am glad that I chose to book Abby to play with him while I was gone!”

Some dogs I've also cared for include Black labs and Springer spaniels. I am comfortable caring for all fur-babies no matter the size! My pets eat at the same time everyday, are right by my side for most of it and have the most gentle and caring Mom. (I think they would agree). Dogs in my home go outside to pee every 2-3 hours and poo walks 2 times a day. We prioritize routine. Along with play time and stimulating food bowls and toys to prevent boredom.

“Gabrielle has lovingly cared for several of our dogs through the years. It is always a wonderful feeling leaving our little loved ones knowing Gabrielle will be the one to walk with and play with them for hours. Gabrielle has a kind, loving and peaceful spirit that instantly connects with animals, they know it and they feel safe with her. Gabrielle has stayed in our home with our dogs when we were away, my home is always cared for and clean upon our return. She is reliable, responsible and intelligent, she is the perfect dog caregiver. Don't hesitate to give her a chance to show you just how helpful she can be.”

Aunna S.
“Aunna is the most kind and loving person. She is awkward with people but when an animal comes into the room, I have yet to see one that dislikes her. I have seen shy animals, scared animals immediately perk up when she walks into the room. Her dog Noodle is a mini red heeler that mimics Aunna. If you are wondering if Aunna is a good fit for your pet then don’t just take my word for it. Meet her yourself and watch as your animal lights up with sparkles in their eyes and love from Aunna’s.”

Molly C.
“Molly is an absolute gem! She recently stayed at our home to watch our two dogs—a big, energetic pup and a little one who needs gentle care. Molly’s energy is incredible; she’s both calming and warm, which put our pets at ease immediately. She was wonderfully attentive to both of our dogs, giving our big one plenty of active playtime and being extra gentle with our small dog, just as we asked. I was so impressed with the thoughtful little things she did, like wiping their paws every time they came inside. Knowing they were safe, comfortable, and at home while we were away made all the difference. I would highly recommend Molly to anyone looking for a caring and responsible pet sitter. She’s truly an amazing person who gives pets all the love and care they need!”

Adriana C.
“Adriana is one caring individual, especially when it comes to animals. She cares for her dog as if she were her own child. She loves animals and they love her.”
