“Oliver and Winnie (as well as myself) adore Sheila. They have never behaved better on walks than they do with her. She is always on time, always up beat and ready to go and my dogs wait for her happily.”

About: Hello, my name is Kindra! I got my Bachelors Degree from University of Wisconsin with a major in Wildlife Education. I am on Rover on the side because I love pets. I have cared for many dogs and cats in the past, and I currently have two cats. I have had internship and volunteer positions where I performed animal husbandry to a wide variety of animals, including reptiles and amphibians. I love all sorts of animals and want to work with more in my free time because it's what I love, and most importantly to better my skills with them. Thank you for considering me. I am employed full time, and I do 4 10-hour shifts. So, my availability for pet sitting is on my days off. Feel free to message me to see if I'm available or if you have any questions about my availability. *If your location is outside of my radius, I will charge an extra $5 per day of bookings to account for gas.* I am able to do check-ins and walks to let your pets out and play with them if needed (all animals deserve at least a little play time 😉)! I love to stimulate your dogs physically and mentally. We'll play a bunch of games, check out all the new smells around the neighborhood, and just have some quality petting time!

“Mattie was great. I am waiting for knee surgery and can't walk my dogs so a friend recommended Rover. I chose Mattie and she came over the same day I booked. She walked my dogs and I was able to bicycle along with them and we had a very nice time. I highly recommend her! Thanks Mattie :)”

“We have been using Zach to walk our dog for the past couple months. Very respectful, polite, and keeps me updated with all the bookings. Excellent at responding and extremely trustworthy. We will continue to book- very happy customers!! :)”

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of animals for years ranging from puppies to senior dogs recovering from surgery and epileptic cats. I love cats and dogs but cannot host cats in my home sadly. I have two friendly yellow labs at home they are more than spoiled with long walks and anything they might need. As they can’t take care of themselves, they are always the first priority. I have a fenced yard and am very close to area parks. I also have two pups that are dog friendly, even when having to share the couch.

About: I've had pets all my life! I've also been involved in animal rescue and pet sitting for many years. From simple potty breaks to giving medication, I have experience with just about anything. I have a soft spot for senior pets, but I'm not picky! I even pet sat a pig once! Trusting your pets care to a stranger can be worrisome, I know from experience. My goal is to provide the care I'd want for my own animals. ❤️ My schedule is super flexible. I can make most days and times work. Advance notice is preferred, but I can usually help if something comes up on short notice! My goal has always been to keep my client's pets' routines as normal as possible. As a pet sitter and a Rover client, I'm able to see both sides. Being in rescue exposed me to animals with many different needs and personalities, giving me invaluable experience. I treat your pet and home like it's my own.

About: I do work a full-time job, but it’s remote, so I’m able to be flexible during the day as long as my workload is managed properly—which I’m very responsible about. Working from home makes pet care easy for me to fit in, since I can handle walks, feeding, and playtime during breaks while still giving the pets constant supervision without disrupting my work. I live in a one-bedroom apartment where I can host pets, and I’m also able to provide walks and potty breaks. I’m flexible and always open to clear communication with owners.

About: I love all animals but dogs have a special place in my heart. I grew up with two Schnoodles (schnauzer-poodles). I helped train one of them including potty training and tricks like sit, shake, roll-over, and spin. I hope to one day foster dogs who need homes. I also have experience caring for cats and birds. I just graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center nursing program. I will begin my career as a nurse in Sioux Falls starting in July! I will let you know what days and times I am available! When caring for pets, their well-being is my top priority. I do this by ensuring a safe and happy environment. I always make sure they are getting lots of playtime and love while their owners are gone. I will feed them according to their needs and give lots of potty breaks.

About: Hello! My husband and I have been dog lovers our whole lives and have three dogs of our own. Two of our dogs are certified Therapy dogs with Therapy Dogs International (TDI), and a certified Canine Good Citizen (CGC). We hate to board our dogs in a strange kennel when we're out of town, and love when someone can personally attend to our dogs and keep them happy running around and interacting instead of being cooped up. We will provide personal attention to your dog along with frequent walks/play time and interaction with our fun-loving dogs. We have a great fenced backyard, covered patio for hot or rainy days, and we live in a great safe neighborhood for long leisurely walks. Prepare for your dog to come home wore out and spoiled, because we certainly pamper our dogs with treats, car rides, and walks! Contact us today for your Bed and Biscuit needs! :-) *Not currently taking dog friends in our home, but happy to help with walks and in-your-home drop-in visits! ** Notice: - Not currently taking dog friends in our home, but happy to help with walks and in-your-home drop-in visits! - Puppies are subject to higher pricing due to additional care and attention needed. Ask for details In our home, we have our dogs and kids to help keep your dog entertained and busy! We have a fenced in yard and covered area for shade. For in home visits and walks, I ask that you provide your own leash/harness and any necessary safety equipment to keep your dog and humans safe on our walks. Any broken, damaged, or faulty equipment is not my responsibility if your dog gets loose on our walk due to damaged equipment.
