About: I've had a dog in my family all my life. They truly are our best friends. They deserve the best care, love, and attention we can give. I'm currently retired, so I have an open schedule. I am reasonably flexible and should be able to work with most client's pet's special needs. I have a big yard with open surrounding pasture. Currently, I don't have closed fencing. I let my dog, Duke, go outside without leash under my supervision. As is dogs nature, I like to allow him his sniffing time. Also, he loves to burn off energy playing keep away with his favorite toys/sticks. He is amiable to other dog friends. He is crate trained and there would be a crate available, if needed, for a friend's visit.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since the young age of 10 and have always been an animal lover of all animals and have owned several dogs. I have always trained my own from potty training, crate training, to shaking hands, and have always done amazing with them. I’ve rescued several animals and strays. I met Shelby and she was the only person I needed to see. Prince loved her immediately so I knew he was in good hands. Shelby gave Prince daily walks for one hour. Took him on trips to dog parks and even gave him a bath on his last day since it was a rainy week. I highly recommend her for any service and if I’m ever back in town with Prince I’ll definitely see if she’s available.”

About: Friends, family and coworkers always pick me to take care of their pets! I can train basic commands and work with all ages! I have gone to clients homes for days to care for animals, done drop by care and drop by walks. I have also boarded dogs in my own home! I want the animals to feel as comfortable as possible and also keep their parents at ease about their well being! I have my own dog so pet care is in my daily routine morning and night feedings and at least one walk a day weather permitting. We also do daily training on commands she is completely off leash trained but training is essential for her to exercise mentally. I can do either, however I have a dog myself and I would not expect anyone to ever sacrifice their own dogs attention for mine. She is so sweet and loves meeting new friends. I will stick to a clients preferred schedule for their specific dog. For us we do two feedings a day morning (7am) and night (7pm). We do at least one walk a day weather permitting and if we are unable to go outside we play fetch indoors and do brain stimulating activities.

I’ve always trained all of my dogs myself and participated in many safety training classes regarding training. I am currently in graduate school and unemployed, so mostly it’s just me and my golden at home most days, so I have plenty of spare time to help in your pet’s care!
