“Suzanne did an excellent job with our three cats. We met in advance and introduced her to them. She cared for them so well that I was able to enjoy time with my family and not worry. Her ability to visit multiple times a day ensured our senior girls received all their meds in a timely manner. I highly recommend her and would use her again!”

“Mandy was wonderful with my two cats while I was away for the holidays. They usually don’t feel comfortable around unfamiliar people. However they warmed up to Mandy quickly! I appreciated Mandy’s prompt communication and thoughtful care.”

“Alexis was very patient with my timid cat, and got her to eat (a previously incomplete feat by other sitters). She has excellent communication, lots of pictures, and very thorough updates.”

“Camryn was vey attentive and kind. My cat Rory felt comfortable with her and Camryn always made sure to keep me in the loop when she would drop in for a visit and send photos :) Definitely took great care of Rory and is my new go-to caretaker <3”

About: I have watched and cared for puppies through senior dogs, performed basic grooming needs, administered medications, and watched many different breeds including corgis, pitbull mixes, french bulldogs, and larger mixed breeds. I am also able to provide care in your own home that will be up to your standards and conveys that I will treat your animal(s) as I would my own.

“Lisa was great with our puppies for a few drop-in visits while we were out of town for the day. She kept in contact when she was at our house and provided updates with how the puppies were doing along with some pictures. I can’t say enough good things about Sue! From the moment we met I could tell she loves cats and would take excellent care of my mother’s 3 cats while she stayed in a skilled nursing facility for a month. Sue went above and beyond what I asked her to do, and I can’t express just how grateful my mother and I are for her. She also gave so much love to the only cat who would come out for her (the other two would hide lol). Sue is a gem of a human being.

Cierra has taken care of our cats on 2 separate occasions now and has done absolutely great. She even helped me out with something last minute. I always appreciate the updates on our kitties from her while we are gone. Our very shy cat has started warming up to her which is awesome. Thanks Cierra!!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Bloomsburg. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
