“Amanda did a phenomenal job with our pups! Our little guy was scared for some reason but she did everything right during each check on and I can't say enough about how well she did with both dogs to make sure they were cared for while we were out of town. I will absolutely use her again and recommend her highly. She did amazing with our other dog too - the dog who can sometimes be a challenge. But Amanda didn't back down from the challenge and won over our stubborn Daisy. Thank you Amanda!”

About: Since my first dog at 11, I have not gone a year without having at least one in my life. From Pit Bulls to Chihuahuas, Rhodesian Ridgebacks to Cocker Spaniels, and currently a Labrador Retriever, I have experience with a variety of temperaments and needs. From puppyhood energy and slowing seniors, I have cared for dogs throughout their various stages of life. I homeschool my three kids, so my schedule is very flexible. With no morning rush or afternoon school pickups, I am able to accommodate a lot of different needs. I have a fenced and secure yard as well as a fenced pool area. Having dogs their entire lives, my children (ages 7, 9, 12) do know about dog safety and cues, however, all dogs that visit us must be kid-friendly. (My children would never be left unsupervised with a dog but would provide lots of play and cuddles when wanted.) We also have a Labrador Retreiver, Charlie, who loves having other dogs here. He is still pretty young, so he is happily crate-trained when we leave and at night. I love to get out for a walk everyday and would definitely include your pup if desired.
“Very good at sending photos of the dogs at play, left with a very good sense that the place was left secure she showed us photos that it was all locked up. Lots of good detail about how they played together and whether or not they went to the bathroom and how the whole day went.”

“Lauren was phenomenal being able to accommodate my last minute needs to drop in on my dog while I was out and about. Her communication was great and she gave me updates while she was with Diesel. Highly recommend her services!”

“Excellent communication! She helped me out in a pinch and my girls absolutely loved her. She put me at so much ease as I hate leaving my girls behind. Lots of pictures and plenty of updates. I will absolutely book again!”

About: Hey hey! I’m a reliable and loving mom of two little ones (ages 1 and 2), and we have lots of room in our hearts and home for your furry family member! I sometimes go into the office from 3 PM–8PM, but am home majority of the day and fully available all day for walks, playtime, belly rubs, and snuggles. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages and temperaments — from playful puppies to sweet seniors. I’ve bred French bulldogs for the past three years and have also own Great Danes, Bullies and Pit-bulls. I’m very confident with all Breeds of any size. I treat every pet like my own, giving them personalized care, affection, and attention. I understand that your dog isn’t “just a dog” — they’re part of your family, and I take that responsibility seriously. I work nights from 3 PM- Midnight; however, I sometimes go into the office from 3 PM-8 PM at the latest. I’m available majority of the day. We have a fenced in yard and a screened in lanai. We have two dogs of our own who sleep majority of the day and don’t have a care in the world. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I can take them out however many times and kennel them if need be.
“Rachel & fam were great with Captain! A previous visit had to be cancelled due to illness, but she let me know ahead of time so I could find other options. I really appreciated the open communication! This visit I came home and Captain was happy as a clam :)”

“Jackie is fantastic! She took great care of my two cats - I think one of them was even disappointed to see me walk in instead of her when I got home. She was also able to make friends with my cat who is typically shy and hides away. I would 100% book with Jackie again!”
“Abby is an amazing pet sitter for our two rambunctious Boxer dogs. She's calm, cool and collected. She's always professional and we plan to use Abby again and again as our pet sitter!”

About: Hello! My name is Valerie, and I am a registered nurse and dog enthusiast. I have about 8 years of experience caring mostly for dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. I love all animals and will treat your pets as If they were my own. I am originally from Chicago, and I recently relocated to St. Pete with my rescue dog Mojito. I am looking to walk dogs on the weekends to get some fresh air and meet some sweet pups. I am able to walk dogs, do drop in visits, administer medications, serve food, and replenish water bowls. I also have some experience with hermit crabs, birds, and rabbits as well. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends! Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
About: I have over 10 years of experience pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors, and caring for animals has always been a passion of mine. I love pets of all kinds and treat every fur baby as if they were my own. I’m also an active volunteer with the Humane Society of Tampa Bay and have even helped host events with their team. Supporting animal welfare and helping pets find loving homes is something I care about deeply. My schedule is open for pet sitting outside of my work hours. I do work from 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, so I’m unable to provide care during that time other than a quick lunch break visit, but I’m happy to provide reliable, loving care before and after work, including walks, drop-ins, and in-home sitting. While I’m unable to board pets in my own home, I specialize in in-home care so your pet can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I have three cats of my own, which is why boarding at my home isn’t an option.

Whether it’s walks, playtime, belly rubs, or just quiet snuggles, I make sure every pet feels loved, happy, and safe while I’m with them. I treat every furry friend like family, they get my full attention, and lots of cuddles🥰🐾 I bring love, play, and attention straight to your pets’ home! Bloomingdale pet parents share their Rover experiences
Maria was great from the moment we met. My smaller dog, Toby, is very picky when it comes to meeting people, but he loved her right away, which made me feel confident that I made the right decision. This was my first time leaving them behind and hiring a sitter, and Maria was amazing with communication—sending photos and updates and letting me know how they were doing. It allowed me to truly enjoy my vacation without any worries. I will definitely hire Maria again.

Lauren was amazing!! We immediately felt at ease meeting her knowing she would be taking care of our babies. She sent fun pictures for our kids and us to enjoy. There was an emergency with our lab and she acted quickly and responsibly keeping us informed the whole time! We will certainly be using her in the future! Thank you again Lauren.

Megan was absolutely wonderful! She kept us updated the entire time with sweet photos and messages, so we always felt informed about Beau. She even went the extra mile by bringing our packages in, which we really appreciated. Beau seemed so happy and well cared for when we got home. I can tell he was in great hands. Highly recommend her!

This was my second time using Deborah to care for my pet for 3 days, and she was fantastic again! She’s professional, communicative, and truly attentive to my pet’s needs, ensuring they were well-fed, exercised, and happy. Her daily photo updates gave me peace of mind while I was away. Deborah’s consistent care and love for animals make her my top choice for future pet-sitting. Highly recommend!

Tonya did so great with our dogs. She did drop in visits for us and it was perfect. She was reliable, communicative and made sure the pups had plenty of time to get some energy out. We came home to relaxed and well taken care of doggos. Definitely will use again and would recommend.

This was a first visit to make Felicia acquainted with the pet care job and make sure she was a good fit. I believe she is, and she will do great. One feedback item I have: I guess she is still too new to Rover and maybe she doesn't know how to handle messaging; thus her response time is not the best. Hopefully she will improve after reading this!
