When it comes to dogs dressing up for Halloween, there is no better place to see them in all their costumed glory than at the Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Festival in New York City. The festival rang in its 32rd year this past Saturday on October 22, and under the warm fall sun, the Manhattan park was adorably filled to the brim with dogs from throughout the city.
