Leroy the pit bull is almost nine years old and has never had a home to call his own. He’s had a rough road: from life on the streets to the shelter, to 5 years in a pet hoarding situation, and back into rescue again. This loving guy deserves to live out his golden years with a person of his own. Fortunately, someone special stepped in.

Pierre-Louis has been an active spokesperson for animal adoption, and has two adopted cats and two sugar gliders at home. He is also a longtime reptile lover, and has been dabbling on the furry side of the pet spectrum recently.
“I have a unique opportunity to be able to give back. While I’d be helping animals even if I wasn’t a Seahawk, I have more of an influence since I’m on the team. I’m glad to help. And when you see the joy in an animal’s eyes, there’s nothing like it.”Advertising
Had a love for animals since I was a little kid. I remember going to friend’s houses and parents saying their pets never responded so well to a stranger until me. I’ve had my collection of reptiles and will always be a reptile guy but I would be lying if I said I didn’t love my feline pals ?! #Carly #Adopt #CashandCarly and we killed this picture too ? #animalpeoplecan #humanehawks
