An elderly woman in Wayne, West Virginia, recently had to make a quick Walmart stop. Problem? Her dogs were with her, but couldn’t go in the store. It was a hot day, so she left the car on with the air conditioning running, to keep her dogs cool. (Health tip: it’s not recommended to leave your dogs in the car, even briefly.)
What happened next will amaze you. Fellow shoppers and an employee on break were surprised to see an incredibly slow-moving vehicle heading straight for the store—with a dog at the wheel. The car came to a stop as it lightly bumped into the building. No people or dogs were hurt, and property damage was minimal.
After the incident, shoppers watched as a second dog opened the window on the passenger side of the car and jumped out!
The owner was able to drive her car home.
