Julia and her mom Chrissy loved Walter from the first moment they saw his picture on the Pasadena Humane Society’s Facebook page. When they met in person? Sparks flew.

Julia and Walter spend every waking moment together, playing, snuggling, and teaching Walter American Sign Language. In the video, you can see Julia and Walter working on the signs for sit, food, and water.
