Rufio the golden retriever is a Chicago service dog who loves retail therapy. In fact, he loves shopping so much, he never wants it to end!
The hilarious video went viral with the caption: “When you’re not done partying yet.” In the short clip, Rufio refuses to go as his owner gently pulls him by his handsome nautical leash.
