We should call these Fruit Bat Cookies! Sweet banana and coconut flour turn ordinary dog treats into a tropical paradise. These crunchy cookies are a great way to use up any bananas you have going to the dark side. We used a mix of oat flour (made from rolled oats) and coconut flour for sweetness, but you can use any flour you have on hand or whatever your dog prefers.
