Dingos are a species of wild dog thought to have arrived in Australia with human migration from Asia thousands of years ago. Purebred dingos are becoming rarer in the wild due to interbreeding with feral domestic dogs. Dingos also suffer intense predation from humans, who blame dingos for killing livestock.
