About: Growing up surrounded by dogs and cats, I developed a deep love for animals early on. I’ve had the joy of raising a Bullmastiff and a Pomeranian from puppies to their senior years. Currently, I care for Beau, a one-year-old rescue mix who has quickly become the heart of my home. I am comfortable with puppies, teen dogs and aging dogs. I have completed several dog training courses, an comfortable with off-leash recall, basic agility, and providing medical care for aging pet. I currently work full time supporting individuals with physical and developmental disabilities however I have quite a flexible schedule that could accommodate lunch, evening or weekend drop ins or walks with your animal. I can provide food, water and medication as needed for your pet and am confident and comfortable taking your dog for a walk. I’m happy to send daily updates and pictures of your cat to ensure that you know your baby is experiencing his or her own mini-vacation filled with baby talk and unparalleled spoiling. I’m retired and have full availability and flexibility to provide care according to your cat or dog’s schedule. Keeping your fur-kid on his or her routine is paramount to the care I provide. I understand the importance of ensuring your cat’s safety with the proper opening and closing of entrance doors so your baby does not run outside. Litterboxes will be scooped on each visit. Fresh water and clean food bowls are a “must do”. Happy to bring in newspapers from the driveway and mail to keep your home looking lived-in.

About: I have grown up with all types of animals, my mother was a kindergarden teacher and would bring turtles, snakes, rabbits, hamsters ect home for us to take care of after school hours and on summer holidays. After growing attached to our 'part-time' pets, my parents decided I was ready for a full time pet, a dog named Toby. She was my best friend, we were inseparable and I loved her more than anything in the world. A few years after Toby's death (now in my twenties) I decided I wanted to travel the world before committing to another pet. I spent most of my time in Australia, where I started my own dog walking/sitting company and was also lucky enough to work/volunteer for an Animal Sanctuary. Through these experiences I have had the pleasure of working with dogs and other animals of all different sizes, personalities, ages, and medical needs. A couple years ago, a beautiful golden retriever came into my life, Holly. We have just recently relocated back to Canada together. I cannot imagine not spending my time surrounded by animals so I would love to meet yours and see if I can help with any sitting, walking or check ins! I am currently working part-time so have plenty of time to hang out with your pup, go for walks, play and of course lots of cuddles.
