About: I have had pets my whole life. I currently have a small farm. I have chickens, ducks, turkies, pigs, dogs and cats. Alone with rabbits and guinea pigs. we are a very pet friendly area. Live in a wooded area on a dead end street. I currently work from home and have time for pet care. My youngest daughter is also in the home. Also have my granddaughter here on the weekends. she is 11. I will provide care in my home since I work from home this is the best for me at this time. About: I have been a dog owner for most of my life. As an adult, I have raised, trained, cared for, loved, laughed with and cried over three great dogs. Our first was a Golden retriever who we got when we lived in Alaska who we called Grizzly. Next was a Black Lab mix who we named Thunder. He took a lot more work to train than "Saint" Grizzly (as our vet called him). Now we have a Yellow Lab by the name of Odin. He's a great dog who gets along well with most other dogs. Recently retired, I spend a good portion of my day walking, playing with and cuddling with my Yellow Lab. I figure that I can fit walking other people's into my schedule as well. I have always loved dogs. My daughter laughs about how I have been known to ask people with dogs if I can say hello to their dog.
