As we live in Hagerstown, we offer free shuttle service for our clients along the I-270 corridor—Bethesda, North Bethesda, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Urbana, and Frederick. Our clients are very welcomed to pick-up and drop-off at our home if their plans take them through Hagerstown. We're excited to be in our sixth year with Rover! During this time, we developed wonderful and continuing relationships with many of our repeat guests and their parents. And you can call us anytime through our Rover phone number if you ever need to discuss a particular matter. We have a spare room with open beds, large crates, and collapsible kennels are available if required/requested. Please remember to pack your dog’s favorite food, treats, toys, blanket, etc., to make their stay more comfortable. We provide the dog beds, bowls, and potty pads and bags, so there's no need for you to worry about any of that.

About: My specialty is puppies - after raising a few and spending a year with a daycare client, I enjoy the energy of young pups and helping them gain structure and socialization. Over the past few years I’ve had the pleasure to take care of pups of all breeds — from chihuahuas to Great Pyrenees. I understand that every dog has individual needs that may not be provided at a typical kennel and seek to provide comfort, fun, and safety for your pet while you are away. Our two resident dogs are very friendly but of vastly different energy levels, so we have a playmate for the older or calmer dogs as well as those who are constantly on the go (and need a friend who can match their energy level). Dogs are up to date on all shots and we ask that yours has an updated rabies and bordetella vaccine — exceptions, of course, if they are too young to receive them, as we’ve had puppies as young as 10 weeks stay with us. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at any time. At this time, I am only accepting dogs under 75 pounds. Dogs must be OK with people for everyone’s safety. I work from home as a graduate assistant part time and online, which means that my schedule is always open, and the dogs will always have someone around. I have a large yard with multiple leash runners for your pets enjoyment and safety. I offer flexible care methods depending on your pet’s individual needs. Active, hands-on dogs will have their chance to explore, and quiet or older dogs will have all the pampering and relaxation they’d like.

About: My background includes fostering for the local SPCA, volunteering at a horse rescue/therapeutic riding lessons and supporting my senior citizens by helping care for their beloved pets. Whether it daily care, companionship, or special attention for senior pets. I am dedicated to providing reliable, gentle care that gives pet owners peace of mind and keeps their pets happy, comfortable and well care for. I currently work full-time. My routine with pet care during the week while working is walking at least twice a day with lots of cuddles and talks before leaving, make sure house is secure and safe and puppies are crated, special room or outside depending on safety/weather. Left with toys and/stress relievers. After work, potty, fetch, catch and walks. They depending on weather playtime until bedtime. Non working days, Walks are the same plus plan social play time or easy hike walk, or water play etc. Anxious days usual comes with lots of attention. Hyper days lots of fetch, catch and brain games. Even spa days of bath and brushing. Fresh water throughout the day and follow feeding schedules plus meds if needed. Illness or injury call parents and/or vet with permission transport to location that needed regular vet or emergency vet Safety and less stress is best for all. Safety checks and walk throughs house and yard daily. Monitor pets and be aware of their whereabouts. Check fur and skins at least once a day depending on season and living area. Follow schedule and requirements of the family. Communicate to family on daily basis and share pictures.

About: I've taken care off two dogs before inside my home and other persons home. I still do inside my home but only for small dogs. My one cat dont like big dogs I can do any days depending on my work schedule that I have. I need 2 week in advance just for that reason so I know what times and day that I need available I take care of feeding dogs and cats, cleaning litter box, and walking the dogs and playing with them and Bonding with them. About: Having grown up with pets my entire life (from pigs and peacocks to dogs and guinea pigs), I understand the importance of providing great care to all furry friends. I have two dogs of my own, a 4 year old lab and 7 year old Cavapoo. I am happy to provide play time, snuggle time, walks, and medication (if necessary) for puppies to senior dogs. I have a fenced in yard with two friendly dogs. For them, we enjoy nightly walks, afternoon fetch, and morning treats. If you board in our home, your pet must be dog and kid friendly. At your home, I can provide play time, walks, and tons of love and affection.

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life I currently have 5 dogs and 3 cats of my own. I have worked with show dogs and had a grand show champion myself. I spend most of my day with my animals I just moved here so I don’t go very many places. I am willing to bathe and cut a dogs nails as long as they aren’t violently aggressive. I do work full time at a dog care facility it consists of 4 days and it’s 10 hour shifts please consider this before trying to book with me. I live with my fiancé so I will be able to be in and out or stay overnight if necessary with little hassle. I am always on time and allow plenty of notice if I can not make it at the time we agreed. My yard is completely fenced, I can kennel or crate a dog, I have no problem working with dogs that are not crate trained but it is preferred. My dogs and cats are allowed on my furniture however I do have baby gates up in front of each room to allow the cats to have a space away from the dogs. Following whatever rules someone else has for their home is no issue for me.
