She very conveniently picked up our dog right at the inn and dropped him off when we were done for the evening. She also took a picture of our dog and was available to text to see how he was doing. The communication during the booking process was great, as I had a number of questions. Tetiana was responsive and thorough. We found written Q&A better than a call. They were flexible with how we prefer care, food, exercise, rest, etc. We received nice pictures, videos and notes ... even though our stay was only 2 days. We will use Tetiana again when we have a need in the Berkshires, and I'd feel comfortable with longer if needed (and agreed upon). Each member of the family was fast friends with our dog.”

About: My love for animals began early on once I rescued my first childhood pet. Throughout my life I have walked and taken care of animals however, my love grew insurmountably when I rescued my first dog (Gordy) myself. Gordy and I loved walking, hiking, going on adventures, and snuggling. Unfortunately, in November 2024 he was diagnosed with a variety of complicated health problems and passed away in April 2025. That journey led me have experience in handling diabetic dogs (giving insulin, being aware of behavioral changes, and giving medication). I also have some experience/knowledge in dog training as Gordy was a canine good citizen. I am acutely aware of how to successfully walk and handle hyperactive pups and love to provide other enriching activities. I am communicative and love interacting with both dogs and humans and I find it important to gain the trust of you as I know all too well how much your pup means to you. I am a licensed mental health counselor who currently works primarily at home. I have a flexible schedule allowing plenty time for a good walk and enrichment while also providing appropriate downtime and attention. While I do live in an apartment, I have access to a number of parks in the Troy area while also willing to travel to surrounding areas for more fun.

I am comfortable with crates, harnesses of all sorts (including gentle leaders), prong collars (but NOT metal chain collars!), slip leads, treat dispensing (everyone's favorite, of course!), clicker training, muzzles, electronic collars (which I am trained on and have been using for 12+ years, especially with our deaf dog), I will respect room and house boundaries (for both myself and your pet), litterbox cleaning, I will wash their bowls daily and as needed, play-based training and rewards, brushing, grooming/bathing as needed, etc.

About: I am an outgoing person and love being around dogs! When it comes to the dogs, I can bathe them, walk them, play with them, feed them, and more! My dog requires oral medication on a daily basis so I am able to do the same to your pets if it is needed! Even though they are our pets, they are our furry family members and deserve the best!
