Dogs who are not crate trained will sleep in a pen. Special accommodations can be made for dogs who are not able to do either of those. == WALKS == While it is our goal to make sure each dog get proper exercise and socialization, we do not provide walks during boarding due to liability and risk factors involved with walks (dogs escaping from harness, eating something off the side walk, coming into contact with an unfriendly dog, etc). We do, however give them plenty of outdoor time with the other dogs or solo to socialize and play, which we find is ample exercise for the pups that stay with us. We understand vaccines are not bulletproof and that some illnesses may have an extended incubation period but we highly recommend the vaccines to create the safest experience. *Please know that we are unable to care for sick/contagious dogs. If your pup shows any signs of disease or illness, please let us know beforehand so we can make sure you receive a proper refund. If we discover that your pup is exhibiting obvious symptoms of disease with the first 12 hours with us, your dog will need to be picked up and no refund will be issued. I work 2-3 days a week. About: I grew up with lots of animals and have plenty of experience. I have experience with senior animals. I have some experience in dog training as I trained my Labrador Retriever as a puppy in doggie obedience school. My Lab is now currently a senior doggie. We breed and raise pedigreed Mini Rex, and pedigreed Netherland Dwarf bunnies for showing and pets. My husband also has experience working with a vet some years ago, as well as experience in dog breeding. I homeschool a preteen and teenager. I'll be able to look after your pet so he or she will not have to stay crated all alone at home. Can provide frequent potty breaks for your pets. Our dogs stay on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. We do have some caged pets but they will be in a separate part of the house during boarding 🙂
