Provided a calm environment to welcome a puppy who has been through a lot in her short life. When we got home, she acted normal. With our previous dogs we boarded at kennels but felt the need to try something different with a puppy that spent most of her life at a shelter. Our dogs would be wiped out when they came back home. So far not seeing any of that from her stay with Kaitlyn.”

“Let me start off by saying that Ella was absolutely amazing!!! I mean from start to finish she is phenomenal, her energy is amazing and she took care of my dog so so well!! She communicated the entire time and sent pictures and my dog looked replaced and happy! About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I have a 7 year old golden named bode. I am familiar with medication distribution and other restrictions. Bode was diagnosed with lymphoma at 5 and has been in remission for 2 years. I grew up with labs as well as shitzus and my dad has a 9 year old golden. I would prefer to meet any candidate prior to boarding as they will be in the same space as my golden, he’s a gentle giant and gets along with all animals. He is a service animal so I have experience in training and younger dogs as well. I work from home full time and have a lot of free time to give during the week. Weekends are busy for me at the moment but will slow down come winter. I work from home so week days are great I have a lot of flexibility for walks and play time and potty breaks. Very attentive and will have my golden to play with. Big grass area to play at but no fence, live in a townhome with lots of toys. Since I work from home I’m very attentive and responsive.

About: I've been a dog owner for 20 years. Over the last 10 years, friends, family and neighbors have entrusted me with taking care of their dogs. 2 years ago, I took on the venture of fostering dogs in my home. My experience with them has been with puppies through adult dogs. Special needs dogs are welcome too, as I have experience with dogs with seizure disorder and other chronic issues. During the time the foster dogs are in my care, I work to establish a routine, learn basic commands and household manners. I work from home Monday-Friday. My pets (and fosters) stay in my office with me when I working. I am able to care for your pets during my breaks, lunchtime and after hours. My weekends can be a bit more busy, but I can be flexible in working with your needs. I have a small fenced in yard for the dogs to stretch their legs, enjoy the outdoors, and of course relieve themselves. Indoors, I do have crates available if your dogs needs some alone, quiet time. My dogs have their own room to offer a safe space for them. The dogs are never left unattended to ensure they don't get into something they are not suppose to. If watching the dog in your home, I will follow any instructions that you give to ensure your dog's safety and happiness.
