About: hi! i’m kelsie! i am a veterinary assistant and currently in school to become a veterinary technician. i have 2 years or vetmed experience and 1 year of farm/boarding kennel experience. i have watched multiple fur babies, from playful puppies to senior kitties. i work full time at a vet clinic. my breaks are one hour, and depending on the location, i am able to stop by then. if not, i am able to stop by before and after work. i make sure all animals have the basics such as water 24/7 and am big on feeding on time. i have experience with leash walking, so if you dont have a fence its no big deal! i also believe daily updates are very important and i tend to take tons of pictures :)

About: I have experience with all animal types including dogs, cats, horses, livestock, birds, pocket pets and some reptiles. I am a licensed vet tech so I am also comfortable medicating animals that need it. I have 7 dogs and 3 cats, all of which are friendly with other animals. I will treat your pets as if they are my own no matter if they are being boarded or just going for a walk. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding your pets and their needs while you are working, vacationing, etc. I can care for pets early before work, mid-day and late after work. On weekends my schedule can be more flexible depending on what activities I have going on. Any dogs that come into my home will be treated as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard for the dogs to play in. Boarding dogs will have their own room to hang out in.

I keep my routine simple and steady, and I’m usually around in the mornings and early afternoons before heading into work. I’m not someone who’s constantly on the go or juggling a million commitments—my life is more grounded in work, home, and taking care of my pets. That balance gives me a lot of consistency and time to focus on what matters day to day. I take safety and trust seriously when it comes to animals and their environment. In the past, I’ve crate-trained my dogs and learned how to create calm, structured routines that help them feel secure and well-behaved. I’m comfortable setting boundaries in a gentle but consistent way, depending on the needs of each pet. My home is also very pet-safe, especially because my current cat is extremely curious and determined to investigate everything. I’ve adapted my space to keep hazards out of reach and ensure it’s a safe, enriched environment where pets can explore without getting into trouble. I pay close attention to what they can access and how they interact with their surroundings, so safety is always built into the way I live with animals. 🐾

Directions will be fully followed to make sure your pet is carefully cared for. No other pets will be in the home or small children. Fenced yard but will be supervised through the whole visit. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
