About: I started taking care of friends' and neighbors' dogs after retiring in 2024. My lifelong love for cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes is now my daily passion! As an active retiree, I don't have any pets currently, and the house is empty and waiting for my next furry friend! I've cared for everything from dachshunds to a Bernese Mountain Dog. I love cats, but I want to watch them in your home, not mine. Happy to house-sit, work overnight shifts, and care for senior dogs and puppies. Although I don't have a fenced yard, I do have miles of walking trails and parks in the community, as well as an electronic fence for any dogs that need unrestricted access to a yard. I am fully retired and spend my days caring for your pets. Rarely will your important pet be left alone, if at all. I used Rover with my senior dog, Tucker, for over 5 years and met some wonderful people. It was a relief to me when I traveled, knowing my best friend was also enjoying his time in a safe, loving home. Now I meet new animal friends every week, and it feeds my soul and theirs. Your fur baby will have a dedicated sleeping space, feeding space, and unlimited access to our yard, depending on your needs. Full access to the entire house. I encourage you to bring toys, pet beds, crates, and any other items that will make your cherished pet comfortable. We are comfortable giving medication to older dogs, working with young puppies, and customizing our days to fit your pet's regular routines (such as walks, feeding, medication, and brushing). We have access to a private dog park, but we only go there after discussing it with you in advance. Note: we have an unfenced yard but use sound/ vibration to alert your pup if s/he is trying to escape. No electricity involved, just moderate stimulation. Most dogs learn the boundaries very quickly and without any discomfort.

About: People often say I have a way with animals. They always seem drawn to me immediately, even when they are wary of others. I feel honored that animals feel this way about me because I feel the same about them! I have cared for many dogs of all sizes as well as owned cats. I have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand that has many disabled dogs as well as fostered cats/kittens here at home. I am an empty nester and would love to care for your four legged family members while you are away. Although I will never replace you, I can provide love and safety until you return (and probably some treats and adventures too!) I'm currently not working and can dedicate my time to pet/house sitting and care. As you can see from my photo gallery, I love all animals and have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand, fostered kittens at home, and have seen very cool animals in the wild and at animal rescues/sanctuaries around the world. (I always vet them to make sure they are ethical and doing legit work) I have a large fenced yard and indoor space for cats or dogs. We have plenty of shade and are also willing to take pets with us on outings. I live with my husband and son and they also love and respect animals. As far as caring for pets at someone else's home, I can stay at your house or check in as often as needed. I will play with them, feed them, bathe them, take them places (if requested) and give them love. I know they miss their people and its not the same without you, but I do my best to make them feel safe and comfortable.

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. I am 52 years old and began walking my neighbors' dogs and housesitting for friends. When I lost my soulmate Layla after 14 years, I found a big void in my life. Being around animal energy is so fulfilling for me. This is when I decided to offer my love to others fur babies. I feel an immediate connection when meeting my new friends, I look forward to meeting your loved ones! I recently moved to Lake Wildwood from Martinez where I had built up quite a clientele. I work remotely which gives me ample flexibility for play time, potty breaks, cuddles and exercise. I love having company when working. About: I enjoy having a couple dogs with my little dog in our house. We have a sweet little home in downtown Grass Valley and a great yard. We're right next to memorial Park and we go for walks around town. I'm usually at home spendimg most of my time with my fur family. Gardening and neighborhood walks are what we enjoy the most when not traveling. We have a very calm and easy lifestyle. It's just myself and my 13-year-old terrier mix. About: I have always helped take care of dogs since I was a child. I have had my own dogs for the majority of my adult life. I also took care of 9 dogs in the same home for 2 months straight, including daily walks, feeding, bathing, cleaning up after, vet visits and every other dog care need you could imagine. 3 were senior dogs, 2 were on multiple medications with special needs. This past year I was flown out to Kauai to dog/house sit for 6 weeks with a total of 5 dogs. I currently do most of my work from home, I have a lard fenced in yard in the woods, nest to a river and trails. I have my own Bichon and we go on multiple walks around our neighborhood and to parks, everyday. She is very pampered and well taken care of, and this is how I like to treat all my fur friends. Brie was awesome. She was flexible when our flights were changed and we needed her for an extra visit. Very responsive when one of our dogs started to have a problem with an injury. She contacted our emergency contact when something was up and let us know via the app and communicated. She makes traveling much easier knowing how well she takes care of our dogs.
