I have two energetic dogs and four cats at home, so I’m used to all kinds of personalities and little quirks. I really enjoy getting to know each pet whether they’re playful or just want a quiet companion. I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and not alone while you’re away. As a stay at home mom, caring for pets fits perfectly into my daily routine. I’m home most of the day, so your pet will get tons of attention, love, and playtime ,right alongside my own furry crew! In my home, pets are treated like family with lots of love, supervised outdoor time and play in the fenced in yard. I follow their usual routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable and happy. If I’m in your home, I’m respectful of your space and will often leave it tidier than when I arrived. “Kiersten/Ashley went above and beyond. The contract was to come by my place once a day for 5 days to feed/water/scoop litter for my cat. This was a few weeks after my cat had both eyes removed and was still healing. I was very nervous about leaving my cat for that long, but I completely trusted that Kiersten had the expertise and integrity to honor the contract and be able to determine if there were an issue and act quickly if needed. She still came to my house during a big ice storm, getting stuck there for 6 hours until the roads were cleared!”

About: Obviously, I am a big fan of dogs. I would love to spend time with and take care of your pup when you are unable to. I plan to expand my availability soon. I have 11 years of experience volunteering and working in animal shelters, caring for cats and dogs, as well as working as a professional dog trainer. During this time, I have developed a deep understanding of behavior, communication, and husbandry for companion animals. I'm sure your dog and I will become fast friends! My family had several dogs while I was growing up, and I was actively volunteering with my local animal shelter as soon as I turned 16. I took it one step further and have been working towards making it into a career. I completed the Karen Pryor Shelter Training & Enrichment program, worked full time for an animal rescue, am an approved AKC Evaluator, and am working towards taking the CCPDT knowledge assessment this September. About: Hi! My name is Liesel (rhymes with diesel). Growing up, I loved and helped take care of our many family pets. These included dogs, cats, hamsters, and various fish. As an adult, I loved my own sweet German shepherd/Rottweiler mix for 12 years until she passed, so I am familiar and comfortable with dogs of all ages and the unique needs of senior dogs in particular. I have also cared for multiple large and small dogs, cats, fish, and lizards (which I also love) for other people. It brings me joy to care for animals and know that in doing so, I can give the ones who love them peace of mind. I’m currently a homeschooling mom of one child so I am usually home and my schedule is quite flexible. Other than a few hours on Sunday mornings and a few hours on Wednesday nights, I have a fairly open schedule. I will gladly follow any instructions for feeding, watering, toileting, and medication administration if needed. I can even do some brushing if you leave a brush and your pet is willing to allow. They will also receive lots of petting and exercise. And of course, I will communicate with pictures after every visit or walk.

About: A home would not be a home without a pet! I have always had personal pets and taken care of others' animals as needed. I love animals! I will take care of your babies without you needing to worry. I am a full-time educator during the regular school year. I can do drop-in visits before work and after I am finished for the day. During breaks and the summer, my schedule is more flexible. I have two dogs that are crated during the day. We also have 4 cats. Our animals are our babies and are allowed on the couches and beds. We do not have a fenced-in yard, but take pets out on a leash.

About: I am the proud owner of Siberian Huskies. We spend lots of time outdoors hiking and playing in creeks/rivers. My furkids love play dates and we schedule as many as possible. I love to be outdoors enjoying the beauty of the area in which I reside. I have a fully enclosed chain-link fenced in yard at my home, but we still walk 3-6 miles every day. I will enjoy walking with your pets as well and will strive to make sure that the time you are away will be as enjoyable as possible.

About: I love animals in general. I can understand them better then people and get along with them much better. I enjoy every aspect of being with animals they are your children in a way and they need to be cared for as such. I've raised and taken care of dogs and cats as well as some exotic animals since I was a child. I find it to be enjoyable especially to see the overwhelming happiness and joy the animals show when they get to play or do anything for that matter. As such I treat animals as if they were children and talk to them and take care of them to the best of my ability in all circumstances. I also train and give horse back riding lessons professionally at my family farm! I’m married and currently live in Danese WV with my husband and children ages 16 and 14. We have 2 indoor dog, Luna (3yr old Aussiedoodle), who is spayed and a tea cup Chihuahua (not fixed) All are friendly with others, if perhaps yours isn’t, that isn’t an issue mine are kennel trained and can be crated or in separate areas of the house to keep apart. Our goal is to make your pets be at a home away from home during their stay! They will get to set and cuddle plenty, go to the dog park (with permission), as well as we live next to our family farm and on a back road (not next to the main road). Plenty of exercise and walks! We are in the process of becoming a professional boarding and grooming facility. We are awaiting on our customized kennels and designated cat room, and will in the future be fencing in our yard to make it a mini dog park with obstacles and plenty of toys! I also offer a bath for $25 extra but must be asked in advance. If needed incase of emergency and your pet will need to be left alone in the home, he/she will however be crated due to the safety of all animals. This also goes for feeding time and at night. Requirements for the stay : Preferably Shots need to be UTD Rabies Must be fully House Trained (if not then there will be an additional fee due $10 extra at time of departure) this includes any male dogs who are known for marking of territory etc additional charges will be added Must not be destructive of property. There will be an additional fee of any damages caused from pet. Cats (as well as rabbits if not in a cage) must be fully liter box trained. Will be additional charges if it’s not used properly the majority of the time, through out the stay. If your dog is in heat PLEASE let me know before hand so I’m able to make proper arrangements. About: I have experience with caring for dogs for 6 years now. I have had dogs of my own for many many years. I also help a show kennel with their dogs also. I am currently working full time from home and I make my own hours. So I am flexible with times to help you and your pup! I am very comfortable feeding/watering any dogs. I have a large deck and fenced in yard for your animal to play with. It’s very quiet country living so no loud noise or busy traffic.
