About: I’ve always had dogs and cats in my home, spending most of my life training and caring for them! I’ve had a love for animals all of my life. So much so, that I’ve chosen to study them for my PhD at Duke University! I’m a researcher at Duke University, so my schedule is very flexible. I am mostly available for morning, midday, and night visits/walks. I occasionally travel for work but will communicate this in advance for those needing weekly sitters. I am currently open for pet sitting and walking. Let me know what your dog would need in terms of walking, socializing, training, and care. I’m happy to contribute in any way I can for visits.

About: I have had all kinds of animals throughout my life... cats, dogs, fish, etc. I currently have a miniature schnauzer and an Australian labradoodle puppy. I also have experience with elderly animals and can give injections as well as administer oral medications. I am a lover of all animals! I recently rehabed a baby squirrel that was struck by lightening. It was so rewarding when I was able to release him back into the wild! Before moving to my current location I volunteered with the ‘Cats about town’ program. Cats about town is a trap, neuter/spay, release program to help control the feral cat population in town. I assisted with trapping and also feeding after their release. I am dependable and punctual and you can trust that I will take the best care of your babies! My schedule/availability varies. I try to keep my calendar up to date but please message me to see if I can help you with your pet. I will be glad to do whatever is needed to care for your pet. Play visits, potty breaks, medicine administration, feeding, bathing, etc. Also willing to take your pet to the park, beach, vet, etc. I hope to make your life easier and your pets happy!

About: I grew up in a household full of animals. I have many years of pet sitting experience and have been involved with rescues as well. I have experience with seniors, puppies and kittens. I am a retired educator from the state of NC. and am home most of the day. I am able to complete home visits for cats throughout the day. I have a small fenced in yard which works well with my two small mixed breed pups. They get along well with other dogs. I can also watch your cat in your home. I love animals and will care for your pet as if it was my own.

About: I have spent my entire life with dogs. I love big dogs, puppies, and everything in between! I have a golden doodle named Gabe who is nine and a cat named Peaches. I also have been a foster for Misplaced Mutts for years. I work from home with occasional travel, but most days I am available for drop in visits, walks, or other pet needs that you may have. I have a fully fenced in yard and lots of toys. I also enjoy walking and when it’s not too hot, daily walks are an awesome form of exercise.

About: 🐾 I’ve taken care of pets since I was young including multiple dog breeds, small animals, and have experience around horses. About: -Personally, I have been caring for pets for 18 years. Pit mixes, reptiles, and felines. The first words most people would use to describe me would be "animal lover"! -Professionally, I have veterinary and animal handling experience. I worked as a Licensed Veterinary Technician Assistant between college and graduate school, which gave me experience with administering medication, pet safety,checking vital signs, soothing anxious pets, basic grooming, etc. I also spent two years in grad school walking dogs,boarding, and doing check-ins with "Wag!" which I thoroughly enjoyed! Professionally, I am a biologist and have a working knowledge of animal physiology -I have personally mothered and treated a Heartworm Positive dog, so I am well-versed in caring for a pup currently undergoing that! With my current seasonal position coming to an end, I expect to have a wide open schedule for the next few months. I am a pretty early riser, but can be flexible It is priority to make sure that your pet is as comfortable as possible while missing you! I choose to not use a crate with my dog, but can with yours if you prefer that. I'm very active and like to ensure that animals get as much activity and enrichment as they like. I am very big on sending lots of photos and video updates on your pet throughout the day!

About: I have grown up with all animals including horses, cows, chickens, goats, reptiles, dogs and cats of all sizes and ages. I am a private chef and love to exercise and be crafty! Always working on a project of some sorts! I love to cook and keep a tidy house! Animals and children are a priority as I would love to eventually open my own animal care shelter one day where children of special needs can come to play and socialize with multiple different types of animals. In the last 7 years I have lived in areas such as the Caribbean, Chapel Hill and Morehead City, NC taking care of children and animals! I look forward to serving you and your pets in the future! I work from home part time so I have plenty of time to give attention to animals, household needs, and children. I love being active and taking care of animals has provided me with a perfect flexible schedule. I live in downtown Beaufort so walking is plenty! My house is also completely baby proofed for small children. I also help run errands, light cooking/cleaning at the home and provide plenty of play time and walks for animals. I work from home so I am able to keep close eye on your animal! I am able to offer tons of walks if that’s what’s needed or a relaxing environment for an older animal! Any animal that comes into my home gets treated just like my family dog. They are part of the pack and get tons of exercise if that’s what’s needed and lots of attention and love. Whenever I go to a clients home I make sure that all things animal related are tidy and that they are getting plenty of exercise and nourishment! Extra loving ❤️.

About: My whole life I have had dogs and cats, spent lots of my younger life on a farm, so I have always been around animals. I’m 21, finishing college and working from home. No kids or other dogs but I do have three cats so cat friendly dogs and if they’re not cat friendly that’s okay! I can separate them from the main part of the house! I currently have plenty of free time where I’d love to help take care of your pet! I’ve dog sat all throughout High School and the past few years, so about 8 years of sitting other people’s cats and dogs. Besides that, my family has always had pets. I used to volunteer at my local cat shelter. And, I helped one of my client take care of her senior dog for three years. Plenty of hands on experience and a very large love for all animals! :) I’m currently available most days, although I do work mostly on Fridays and Thursdays- I only work to about 1-2pm on those days so if an animal is left alone it’ll only be from 930am-1/2pm I have a fenced in back yard, although it’s not very large, plenty of room to go potty for doggies though. No children, just my husband and I so plenty of room for animals to roam without having to worry about children or other pets! I don’t mind animals on the couch either. I am very good about playing with animals and have no problem with frequent walks or potty breaks outside.

About: I’m different then other sitters because I go above and beyond for your pets needs! I’m able to do everything asked and needed to take care of your fur baby! I’m currently only working part time so I will have a lot of time to take care of pets! I will be able to do 3 or more visits each day to make sure they are well taken care of! About: I am a passionate animal lover and have been for my entire life. I love all animals and have chosen to pursue a career as a zookeeper. I graduated from college with an Associates Degree in Zoo Science and Technology. After graduating I worked for Petco for almost 2 years. I am now currently working for Petsmart and have been for almost 2 and half years. So I have extensive knowledge and experience with both domestic and exotic animals. I have been my childhood neighbors dog sitter for the past 10 years and have been a petsitter for multiple other people including co-workers. I even have experience with small animals such as hamsters and reptiles. I treat all pets as if they are my own and would love the chance to care for yours! I am currently working part-time at Petsmart and work at least five days a week. I work mostly mornings so my afternoons are usually free! I cannot offer to watch your pet at my home, as I am renting; however, I am very comfortable visiting your home to care for your pet! I have previous experience watching pets within their homes and even have experience staying over night.

About: Walks, runs and playtime fun! Here to help whether it's because your busy at work or leaving town. I have the flexibility to give your pets multiple bathroom breaks, walks, or what ever else is needed. Contact me even if you have questions! Plant watering and mail gathering for out of town trips included... Just let me know what your needs are and we can schedule times accordingly. Im available through out the day, 7 days a week. I prefer Havelock clients for in house sitter jobs. If you need a lot of check ins I would rather keep your fur baby at my house, to avoid charging more for gas. I care for pets in their homes based on the guidelines the owners set out. I will always check their food and water bowls, walk or play outside and bathroom break.
