“Brooke was immediatly responsive to our request. She sent us updates, videos and pictures on her own. Her home was safe with baby gates and a fenced yard. She even bought her presents for Christmas. I recommend her and will definitely continue to use her in the future.”

“Shawna took absolutely wonderful care of my baby while I was out of town. She sent me a ton of pictures and videos and he looked like he was having so much fun that he didn’t even have time to miss me!! Will definitely be a repeat customer and will highly be recommending her to everyone I know!!! Thanks Shawna!!”

“Angela was wonderful. I had no worries about leaving Jeb with her during her our vacation. She messaged me with updates and photos. Jeb seemed to have a great time. We will definitely use Angela in the future when we need a sitter.”

“We were taking the kids to great wolf lodge. This was a last minute booking Elizabeth was so accommodating. I sent the request at 1pm she replied immediately. Leo adapted well she sent updates on how he was adjusting which made me feel at ease since this was my first time leaving him. I would definitely recommend her if you’re in that area.”

“We had Jeff and Shirley care for Mimi while we went on a cruise. It was important to us that she stayed in a home that included her as part of their family. Jeff and Shirley were wonderful and Mimi was right at home!!!! Although she was happy to see us when we came home, I think she missed Buddy, Jeff and Shirley's dog. I knew right from our meet and greet that Mimi would enjoy her stay and we would definitely recommend Jeff and Shirley to anyone looking for a pet sitter!!! Mimi is looking forward to her next visit in September ”

“We were incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention Ryan and family provided for Bailey. They went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and well-being. We highly recommend them”

“Kat was more than amazing! We left our pup with her for 10 days and she not only took amazing care but also documented all of her food intake and stool health. Constantly took pictures! I’m sure this will not be the last time we leave our pup with Kat. We couldn’t have chosen a better sitter!”

“Shawna was so great with Moose! She was very communicative and sent plenty of photos while I was away. Additionally, she worked to introduce each pup one on one since we weren’t able to do a meet and greet beforehand. She was very attentive and Moose had such a great time playing with his new friends! I’d absolutely recommend Shawna to anyone!”

“Our first time ever using Rover and Krystal made this process so easy and was an absolute life saver after last minute needing someone to keep our doggy! She kept us updated on Mav everyday… sent pictures AND videos!! Maverick was very nervous being in a new environment and scared of the bad thunderstorms but Krystal definitely did it all to keep his mind occupied and let him know he was safe… that made us feel so good! Thank you for caring our pup❤️❤️❤️”

“Brittany is spectacular! This was my first time using Rover services and I was a bit apprehensive, but I do travel quite a bit so I need to find a “someone” to love my pup and take good care of her while I’m away. Brittany sent me photos and updates every day which is my anxiety. Penelope was so happy there. I was wondering if she would even want to come home! ☺️ Highly recommend Brittany as long as you don’t take my spot! Jk”

“Samantha did an amazing job taking care of our Beagle! Communication was excellent! She kept us updated daily with pictures and videos of our dog and quickly brought any questions or concerns as they arose. She has a wonderful place where our dog was able to relax and enjoy herself. This was a far better experience than using any sort of boarding facility. She has my highest recommendation. You will be glad you have her a chance.”

“Wendy and her family were absolutely AMAZING taking care of our cat while we were out of town for the holidays. She helped my cat become comfortable and feel right at home. I will most definitely have her pet sit for us again. Thank you so much!”

“Stefanie was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend her services and we will definitely let her keep our Molly in the future. Her communication was excellent despite the service issues caused by the hurricane. She was very reasonably priced. Her fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. We had car trouble on our way home and she was so patient with us during all of that and even offered to bring us food and drink while waiting for a tow truck. Thank you for everything, Stefanie!”

“I highly recommend taking your dog to Emily. She took good care of my dog and kept me updated on how he’s been and sent me pictures of him throughout the time he spent with her.”

About: I am a licensed veterinary technician so I am professionally trained to know how to take care of your animals especially if there is an emergency! I currently work full time at Lincoln Memorial University. I can only do weekends because of my schedule, but I can also see what I can do to help during the week! I do not have a fenced in yard. My dogs have been trained to stay in the yard. I have 3 dogs, they are younger and very playful. I also have 3 cats. Even though I do not have a fence, I can offer walks in the yard or walking up and down the road and put them on the leash while they use the bathroom. I have a whole room dedicated for the animals where they can stay unless they are kept uncaged then they can have free roam of the house.
“Jesse was fantastic - Buster and I warmed to him straight away. I will most definitely be using Jesse again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a safe pair of hands to look after your fur baby.”

“Rosaria always does such an amazing job with my Lexi!!! She always has Lexi’s best interest at heart. She even fixes her fresh food and lets her sleep in the bed with her!!! I get plenty on photos and videos of my baby yo know she is ok and I love to see how much fun she is having with her friends.”

“Amanda took exceptional care of my 14-year-old Labradoodle, Buddha, while I was away for a week-long retreat. As any senior dog owner knows, leaving an aging companion behind can be stressful. Buddha has significant hip issues and requires patience, attentiveness, and a calm environment. Amanda exceeded every expectation. From the moment I dropped him off, she treated him as if he were her own. She sent thoughtful updates, photos, and messages that clearly showed he was comfortable, relaxed, and receiving plenty of affection. Seeing him peacefully exploring her yard, resting comfortably, and settling in so well gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to fully enjoy my trip. What impressed me most was not just her professionalism, but her genuine warmth and love for animals. It was obvious that Buddha felt safe, cared for, and completely at home with her. I would trust Amanda with Buddha again without hesitation, and that is about the highest recommendation I can give. If you’re looking for someone who is responsible, communicative, compassionate, and truly devoted to the well-being of the dogs in her care, you will be hard-pressed to find anyone better. Thank you, Amanda, for taking such wonderful care of my best friend.”

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
