About: I started taking care of friends' and neighbors' dogs after retiring in 2024. My lifelong love for cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes is now my daily passion! As an active retiree, I don't have any pets currently, and the house is empty and waiting for my next furry friend! I've cared for everything from dachshunds to a Bernese Mountain Dog. I love cats, but I want to watch them in your home, not mine. Happy to house-sit, work overnight shifts, and care for senior dogs and puppies. Although I don't have a fenced yard, I do have miles of walking trails and parks in the community, as well as an electronic fence for any dogs that need unrestricted access to a yard. I am fully retired and spend my days caring for your pets. Rarely will your important pet be left alone, if at all. I used Rover with my senior dog, Tucker, for over 5 years and met some wonderful people. It was a relief to me when I traveled, knowing my best friend was also enjoying his time in a safe, loving home. Now I meet new animal friends every week, and it feeds my soul and theirs. Your fur baby will have a dedicated sleeping space, feeding space, and unlimited access to our yard, depending on your needs. Full access to the entire house. I encourage you to bring toys, pet beds, crates, and any other items that will make your cherished pet comfortable. We are comfortable giving medication to older dogs, working with young puppies, and customizing our days to fit your pet's regular routines (such as walks, feeding, medication, and brushing). We have access to a private dog park, but we only go there after discussing it with you in advance. Note: we have an unfenced yard but use sound/ vibration to alert your pup if s/he is trying to escape. No electricity involved, just moderate stimulation. Most dogs learn the boundaries very quickly and without any discomfort.

About: I was raised on a hobby farm, so I have all sorts of experience with animals/pets! I used to have dogs of my own and I now love taking care of others dogs! I am new to Yuba, CA, and currently have an open schedule! I love being able to get outside and go on long walks any time of the day. I've had my challenges with the dogs so for someone to come in a take over for a week seemed a little daunting however Yolanda came through with 5 stars... I’m currently working 8:30-5:30 with an hour lunch, but will make time to play/walk your pups! M-F before 7am & after 6pm Weekends after 1 I have a fenced yard and two friendly male huskys. I have extra crates if your dog needs to be crated. I love going on walk with my dogs daily.

About: I’ve been will all kinds of animals. Big animals to small. Our fur babies deserve to be treated like a newborn baby because they deserve all the love and attention they can get! Even though animals can’t speak I love to get to know all animals different quirky personalities. I currently work part time but still manage to provide love and attention to my big love bug doberman, and my two cats who love cuddling and chasing around laser lights. With a notice in advance I would love to watch any animal(s) that you will put your trust in me to watch and take care of. As an animal owner myself I want to make sure my animal is happy and comfortable. Always making sure my animal never is hungry or thirsty. Letting out my dog before he has to beg to use the bathroom outside. Attention is 100% key when you take care of an animal, especially if you’re not the owner.
