“Sandy was so amazing with our dog Cooper! He stayed with her for five nights and I don't think he wanted to leave - it was like summer camp for him. After dropping him off at her house and meeting her dog I felt more than comfortable leaving him there. Sandy sent us updates with pictures every day, and Cooper looked like he was having a great time and made himself right at home. We will definitely be rebooking with Sandy again!”

About: I have always had animals in my life. In my past I have raised, trained and shown Dobermans. I have raised Persian cats. I have owned horses, raised quail, raised other game birds, owned a cockatoo (Goffin), kept fish (reef tank), saltwater and freshwater, had a koi pond, raised geckos and chameleons, and currently have a small flock chickens, 3 cats and one Dobie. My dog and cats get along with others. I am comfortable with all kinds. Can keep some in my home or come to yours. I have often pet sit for friends and family and decided to join Rover. I work during the day Monday through Friday until 430. I can come home during lunch or go to your home for a potty break or walk. I walk my own dog in the morning and evening and sometimes a third time before bed. I have a fenced yard and I do regular walks daily. I can look after your furbabies in the evening hours after work and can come in the morning before work, with a visit during lunch break.

“I cannot recommend her enough!!! She took great care of our dog while we were on vacation. Provided a warm and loving environment and had a large yard for our dog to run and play. She sent pictures multiple times a day to show us how much love and attention that Pepper received throughout her stay. She was safe and loved and we will rebook Verdrana for every future trip!”

About: We are a military couple who have a small hobby farm and love animals! We have 3 goats and a miniature horse who live on our property. Additionally, we have 4 cats, 2 of which require speciality care and a German shepherd mix dog! We have experience caring for equines, small animals, cats and dogs! We also have cat rescue experience having volunteered for a cat rescue for 9 years! We have fostered cats in the past as well! My wife is currently studying for the bar exam and thus has a very flexible schedule! I would be able to join on weeknights and on the weekends! We have three fenced in paddocks. Our dog loves to run around in the backyard. For our cats, we have four litter boxes that get scooped daily and provide them with wet food at night!

About: I usually go running 2-3 times a week. I don't have any dogs at the moment, so I would love to take yours running. If they are out of shape, we'll just jog a little bit and work our way up. I always had dogs and cats growing up, so I have plenty of experience with them. I am also available for regular walks, visits, boarding, etc. I usually run in the afternoons and evenings on weekdays and various times on the weekends. I may be available other times as well. At the moment, I work from home and my schedule is flexible. I live alone in a single bedroom apartment, so it's very quiet. There are lots of grounds nearby for dogs to relieve themselves. I can follow any care instructions you may have for me.

“Charlotte and her husband were wonderful with Daisy! They made her feel right at home immediately with lots of love and cuddles. They even let her sleep in their bedroom when she was nervous at night (which is quite the sacrifice because she is a loud snorer)! Also, we really appreciated their willingness to watch her last minute, as the other person we had booked cancelled unexpectedly. Overall, we were very happy with their care and will plan to use them again in the future!”

About: 8 years of dog care experience! I've worked in a doggy daycare/boarding environment for 8 years where I would monitor dogs of all ages and their behaviors (both in social and non-social situations), feed and administer medications, clean up after any messes, and handle dogs with extreme anxiety/fear as well as senior dogs. I am very patient and understanding when it comes to the care of other dogs! I currently don't have a job, so I am ALWAYS home! I have my own car so transportation would never be an issue. While working in a doggy daycare/boarding environment, I would always work 40+ hours so taking care of our 4-legged babies is a genuine part of my life. Regardless if a dog will be in my care or not, I automatically will treat every dog as if they are my own (even the ones I see walking down the street)! In my home, I have a large fenced in yard for all the zoomies; nearly an acre! Fresh water is ALWAYS available along with blankets and AC.
