“Donna was amazing! When I was first looking for a sitter for my dog Butters, I noticed that Donna had a ton of amazing reviews, so I knew she had to be great. When I met her in person I wasn't disappointed. Donna was extremely responsive throughout the entire stay. I could tell that she knew a lot about dogs by her questions and observing butters interactions with her dogs. She introduced butters to all her dogs slowly until they all met and got along great! I was a little worried at first because she was sitting for a bigger dog, and butters can be afraid of bigger dogs sometimes, but she assured me this dog she sits for was very calm and they should be ok together. Well, butters and the big dog turned out to be best of friends and never left each other's side! When Butters stayed with Donna I could tell he was treated like family, she REALLY has a big heart and cares for all the animals that she sits. She sent daily updates with messages on how butters was doing, several photos each day, and even put in cute captions. She also picked up on his personality right away and it was like she knew him so well, which made me really feel happy/comfortable because I knew that he was having fun with her dogs and was being himself. I really felt like Butters was happy throughout his stay (i could see him smiling in all the pictures) and I would recommend Donna do anyone. ”
