About: My affinity for dogs runs deep, rooted in a lifetime of experiences that began in foster care and blossomed when I was adopted into a loving family with two precious furry friends, Molly and Tyler. I cherished every moment spent with them – from watering and feeding to playful escapades in the great outdoors. As I navigated various social settings, whether at friends' homes or on the job, dogs would inevitably gravitate toward me, and I'd toward them. It was as if we shared a special connection, one that transcended words and spoke directly to the heart. Today, I live with two stunning Blue Heelers, Honey Sage and Smokey. These canine companions bring boundless joy to my world, and I'm constantly amazed by their ability to communicate with their hearts. As an empath, I find it especially rewarding to work with animals, tapping into their emotional landscapes and forging deep, meaningful bonds. I'm available to provide pet care services every day of the week, including boarding and daycare. I also offer pick-up and drop-off services and am happy to drive to accommodate your needs. Let me know if you're interested in learning more about my services. My Fenced-in backyard is a great space for dogs to play. I offer kennels/crates for dogs as needed, to ensure their comfort and separation when necessary. My two friendly Blue Heelers enjoy socializing with other dogs. I'll provide regular breaks every two hours and monitor behavior to keep everyone safe and happy.

About: I've grown up with cats my whole life. I currently have a 13 year old tabby named Charlie. I have watched several cats, dogs, and even chicken over the last two decades. I am very passionate about animal advocacy. I previously worked at NOAH Animal Shelter and Brigadoon Service Dogs. I miss working with animals every day. I currently work full time but will be cutting back my day job hours starting mid September. This will allow me to be more available for my pet clients. My husband and I are renting so unfortunately we can't host pets at our home. I'm more than happy to check in on your animals and/or house sit at your residence.

About: Hello! I have had cats all my life and absolutely love them. In my younger days, I volunteered at Noah and the humane society. I currently have 2 cats of my own. They are both seniors and one is diabetic, getting insulin shots twice a day. Additionally, we have chickens and horses. We love our animals! I would love to pet sit for you! I’m super flexible and reliable. Cheers! I am a mom to a teenager, 2 cats, 5 chickens, and my daughter has horses. We are a animal loving family!! “Virginia was my first Rover sitter, and I was very pleased with her service. I don't go away very often for just a dew days. Usually, I'm gone for a couple weeks at a time and find live-in sitters through Trusted Housesitters. My two cats are indoor outdoor, and that complicates their care. For my three day leave, my neighbor came over in the morning to put down their morning kibble and let the cats outside. Virginia came over in the late afternoon on her way to pick up her kids from school. She would call them inside for the night and put down their wet food. I wasn't sure it would work since they don't always come inside when I call them in the evening. Virginia sent me pictures each day of the cats inside during her 30 minute visit, so I was reassured. I will definitely look for Virginia again if I need to be gone for a few days.”

About: I’ve been around dogs, my whole life, starting with dog sitting for neighbors as a kid to now raising and training my own energetic lab/German Shepherd mix. I know how important is to trust someone with your pup and I bring that same love, attention, and structure to every dog I care for whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or quality time while your away, your dog will be in caring, capable hands. I work a full-time 8 to 5 job in Mount Vernon but I’m available for evening walks or job and visits during the week. I also have lots of flexibility on Saturdays and Sundays, so weekend care and visits are no problem. When I care for pets in your home, I do everything I can to keep the routine consistent and stress-free. I respect your space, follow your instructions closely, and make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable while you’re away.

My family and I have moved all over the US and are now back in Washington! I used to run a fully operational boarding facility and board and train program in Island County and have decided to start out slow now that we're settled back in our home state. I have 20 years of experience training dogs- 15 of those years being a paid, licensed and insured professional. I take the utmost care of any animal in my charge. I treat them like family and honor all the requests made by owners to ensure their pet is treated perfectly when they are gone! I understand the love and care people have for their animals and do everything I can to show that same level of care when they are under my watch. I take videos and photos regularly to keep families updated, as well! I am a SAHM with decades of experience in the canine world. My dogs, and my clients, are my life. They are my whole routine! I am equipped to manage all varieties of dogs from the easiest house guest to dog aggressive cases or complicated medical needs. I tailor my services to each individual dog to give them the best possible care and allow their people to have some freedom and know their dog is well cared for. I make sure to chat with owners and let them know what variety of boarding I offer is most suitable for their dog. I am able to make multiple daily trips to feed, potty and play with client dogs in their homes. My times are very flexible and have often done combo stays- where your dog stays the night with me and I drive it to your home during the day and pick up again in the evening. This works well for senior dogs or puppies who need monitoring over night.

About: I have had cats and dogs my entire life and know they are family! Currently, I have two dogs (one senior and one mid-lifer) and one cat. I am happy to come and let your dogs out, take them for a walk or a hike, or just give them some belly rubs while you are away. I have trained puppies as well, but it has been a while. I have the summer off but will be starting school here soon. During the week, I am available before 7:30 and typically after 3:30 (as long as I do not have meetings). I am open most weekends. I have two friendly dogs and a curious cat who thinks he is a dog. Your animal will get lots of play, love, and company.

About: I’ve been around all animals almost all my life and have always had the biggest love for them. I have also worked at veterinary offices and love almost every part of it :) I am currently doing online courses for school at skagit valley college and have an open schedule to help out with any type of animal care :) I have a fully fenced back yard that dogs would love and hardwood floors inside my house for when they are inside. I am fully capable of taking care of the animals however wanted :)

About: I’ve taken care of my grandparents’ dogs a few times for a couple months at a time, and it has just made me want my own. Unfortunately, I’m not in a spot where I could have a dog of my own right now, so I want to help take care of other people’s dogs instead! Over the last couple months, I have taken care of a number of dogs. A large senior dog who I dog sat and gave medication to for a few days, a deaf dog who I took on walks every day for a week, 2 young small dogs who I walked and played with 3-4 times a week for 3 months, and a boxer who I ran/jogged with for an hour 3 times a week for 2 weeks. I also recently dog sat 2 golden retrievers - it was a lot of fun. Equipment experience that I have: regular flat leads/leashes, slip leads, retractable leashes, harnesses, gentle leaders I’m currently working part-time where I can set my own hours, so I have plenty of time to take care of your dog, plus lots of flexibility as far as scheduling goes! I can feed, walk, watch, and/or play with your dogs! For walks, there are a bunch of fun trails and parks in the area that I would love to take them to.
