About: I left public education after 22 years. I will spoil your pets in your home whenever you are unavailable. I offer 1 hour walk/plays up to 1 month house sitting with animal and plant care. I work from home. I am open for scheduling. I am awake each morning by 5 am, I have 5 silkies and 3 bee hives. I will come to your home where your pet is most comfortable. I will take dogs on hikes if the owner requests. I am very flexible.

About: I am a dog lover and I’m comfortable with all breeds. I had multiple pets including a dog and cat that I took care of growing up. I currently have no pets but have recently taken care of friends’ dogs. This has included overnight and daytime boarding at my house while taking care of all walking, playing, and feeding needs. I’m currently working PRN (part time) as a physical therapist and I have a lot of flexibility and freedom in my schedule. I’m looking to fill some of this free time with something that I’ve always enjoyed, taking care of pets. I am trustworthy, clean, and respectful of others homes when entering to care for their pets. I live in a pet-friendly apartment community with plenty of dogs and a designated dog park, which provides a safe and social environment for pets to get exercise and enrichment. I always supervise playtime at the dog park and only allow interactions that are positive and appropriate for each pet’s temperament and comfort level. In my home, I maintain a clean, calm, and pet-safe environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, medications, and any special instructions provided by owners. Pets are never left unattended outside, and I ensure doors, leashes, and gates are always secure. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and stick to their pet’s established routine to minimize stress. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so owners feel confident and at ease while they’re away. About: Ive had dogs just about all my life. I currently have a dog. He's an offleash dog so I am very familiar with training dogs to listen, using the bathroom outside, I also give baths. Walking for at least 30minute or until the pup gets tired. Go out first thing in the morning, Go out right after work, Replenish food bowl every morning, Fresh water every morning, Let them run around the backyard and get some sun every 2-4 hrs for 30m each. Bathe pup on Sunday. Fresh water daily, healthy food flow, safe and cozy place to lay, regular bathroom breaks, outside playtime, If bathed , allow them to air dry.

About: My name is Kayela but you can call me Kaye. I am a nurse in Virginia Beach. But my real other passion is animals. A year prior to going into human medicine, I worked in the I veterinary field as a veterinary technician/assistant. I actually had plans to go to vet school, and then Covid hit; my pathway changed a little. But I don’t want that to stop me from making a difference in the animal world. I worked in the professional veterinary field for 5 years. I worked with all breeds, species, shapes, and colors of animals. I’ve worked with large animals, small animals, diseased and disabled animals. Therefore it would no reason for me not to accept your pet. I have animals of my own as well, 1 large breed dogs and 1 domestic short hair cat. I will love your animals like my own, cuddling included. I do have an extensive history of skills related to animal care as well. If you or your family have animals questions, concerns, or just curiosity in general about your animals well being, feel free to ask! I am starting to build a small clientele currently. I care for my animals more than the average person, due to the fact that I have worked in the animal medicine field. I believe a lot of issues/illnesses are preventable based on how you care for your pet. They are treated like humans in my opinion. They deserve the same attention, the same outdoor time, the same affection. They will be fed accordingly. I will also provide food recommendations as well as portion sizes based on my assessment. You can choose to follow my recommendations or continue to follow your own advice. I believe I can be very helpful with you and your care for your pets.
