About: I grew up dog-sitting for friends and family members! I also have two kitties at home. I’m excited to help watch your pets for you! I’m currently a doctoral student at WVU; I have a pretty flexible schedule this summer! I’m available weekends and evenings anytime. I’m available weekdays in the early mornings and evenings and during business hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. You can trust that I’m careful and in the lookout for all of the usual safety hazards (e.g., making sure pets don’t escape when I open the door, preventing cord or plant chewing) and that I’ll notify you immediately if anything seems off or if there are medical concerns!

“Thanks again Josie! Huge help on a Mountaineer game day!”

“Tiffany was wonderful with our cat, Mako. She spent time with him and played with him so he didn't feel lonely, and we loved all the pictures she sent every day!”

“They were good to my kittens while we were out of town making sure they were taken care of, and picked up a few things they had knocked over.”

About: I've been taking care of pets for the past three years - friends, family, and clients have trusted me to care for and keep their pets safe. I've been working with Wag! throughout that time and recently moved so i’m starting here as well. I've done over 400 walks with Wag! including sittings and boardings with many repeat clients and happy pups. I'm comfortable working with animals big and small, and those who may have behavioral or medical problems. I currently work at Pampered 4 Paws in Morgantown doing pet boarding and daycare so i’m learning new things everyday about giving the best care possible! While working, i’m saving up to go to school for animal behavior with the goal of becoming a dog trainer in the future! I currently work part time with a flexible schedule and can change my availability as needed. I have a two person home with my husband who can also help out (for boarding in my personal home) if I had to leave for an emergency I live in a large house with an unfenced backyard and multiple safe areas set up for pet care. I have two cats and one dog in the home

About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I could walk. I’ve owned many breeds of both cats and dogs and have cared for all of my pets through their whole life span I am working part time, so I have plenty of time for visits and walks during any time of day. My schedule is super flexible. I can work with any breed or age of pet. I have experience with both cats and dogs and enjoy playing and loving on them.

“Bessie was wonderful! She made sure my pup was top priority. She even brought her cookies when meeting her for the first time. She was on time and spent so much time with her. She took her on plenty of walks. She sent lots of pictures where you could see my pup was very happy! I definitely recommend her!”

“Kandy was awesome with our girl. I loved that I could leave her with someone who is comfortable around big dogs. She was able to make responsible, in person decisions about her care that took a load off my mind and allowed me to enjoy my vacation. Will definitely be booking her again in the future.”

“Tracey is incredible professional, patient and kind. We agreed to a drop in visit schedule and when that didn’t work out Tracey went above and beyond to make sure our dog was well cared for by staying over and house sitting with no advance notice. Her communication about the situation was so dependable. She is an excellent asset to the rover community!”

“My pup who is skittish of new people warmed right up to her! Had zero concerns about her doing the first drop in. Carrie is absolutely lovely with your pets! We are lucky to have found her to watch ours.”

“Kayden was excellent with my coonhound Lucille! I contacted Kayden about watching Lucille only two days before I went out of town. He responded immediately and we were able to arrange a meet and greet the same evening. Lucille is a large/strong dog and can be difficult on walks, but Kayden handled her well. He updated with pictures on each visit. Kayden also noticed when my cat was out of food and took the extra time to feed her. I will definitely use him in the future!”

“Couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!!”

“Angela was absolutely amazing. After having a bad experience with a previous sitter that resulted in the loss of one of our boys, Angela truly made us feel at ease. She was in constant communication and truly treated them as if they were her own. Our one dog has health conditions that has resulted in lack of bladder control and Angela didn't hesitate to clean up after him going above and beyond she even cleaned up the rager that our Houdini through when he escaped his kennel during the night. We are so thrilled to have found Angela and will continue to use her in the future.”

About: I have been a pet mom for a long time. I have 3 dogs of my own but I am also able to help with snakes, hamsters, and cats. I currently work as a scribe for WVU medicine. My daughter and I are partners in our dog walking business so we will be able to meet your needs. Your pets will receive the love and care I’d give my own pets. I will take them for walks and give them plenty of cuddles and pets while you are away.

About: I have owned pets of all kinds my whole life, and have always helped with their care. This includes dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, horses, and chickens. I have cared for animals of all ages as well, from tiny puppies and kittens to seniors if all kinds! I have been pet sitting for family and friends since a young age and professionally took it on at the age of 20. I’m experienced with giving medicine and basic training as well. I have my partner, who has a very similar background in pet care, tag along with me just in case I need an extra set of hands but if you’d prefer just one person, I’m happy to be a team of one! I’d always prefer to do a meet and greet before taking on care tasks just to make sure me and your furry friend mesh well. I am a stay at home pet parent so my schedule is wide open. “I've never met someone as committed to understanding and providing for their pets' needs as Marinne Morgan. In the years that I've known Marinne, she's adopted two cats and given them a tender home to live and grow in. Marinne dedicated time out of her busy schedule to learn how to read their emotional states, to build them elaborate cat trees and perches, and researching the best methods to feed and water them as they need. Marinne is a compassionate, highly motivated, and intelligent person. She is the first person I would go to if I needed someone to watch my cats or dogs.”
