About: I've grown up with pets of all shapes and sizes, currently I have 17 pets (14 cats and 3 dogs) one of which attends university with me! I also have 2 years of vet experience so I can administer medication, walk, give baths, and brush outs! I am currently a sophomore in college working a campus job. I am not very active on campus aside from being in a sorority and working in housing and getting out with your fur babies would brighten my days! Snoopy is my 4 year old terrier that lives on campus with me, I take care of him on my own (vet trips, buying supplies, walking him actively) When I am home, I give medications, baths, brush out, and take them to the vet as well!

About: We had lots of doggies in my neighborhood growing up and I would always walk them, let them out, and care for them starting at a very young age!! I am obsessed with dogs! I just moved across the country away from my own puppy and miss him so much!! I need to share my love with some new doggies!! I am a full time student at the University of North Alabama and also play on the women’s soccer team here! We are in our off season but we still have practice, lift, and games! Outside of that I am very flexible especially on weekends!! I have always been extremely responsible from a young age and understand the responsibility it takes to care for someone’s pet. Our pets mean so much to us and I will always do what’s in their best interest and accommodate to their specific needs. Every pet is different and I will learn quickly what each of your pets needs are! Safety is everything!

About: I have a deep love for animals and would love to help them stay happy even while their owner is away! For as long as I can remember, I have cared for both dogs, cats, and very young kittens. I will give them attention and treats so they aren’t lonely. I would love to play with your animals and provide them a chance to run in the yard. I am available for house-sitting with pets whenever my job allows me and most afternoons for check-ins and walks. On the weekends I could also do morning check-ins and walks. I live in Meridianville, but I am available anywhere from Hazel Green to Madison! I hope you'll consider me when you are planning your next vacation or even when you just need someone to check in on your furry friend!

About: I've taken care of animals since I was 15, including volunteering at local animal shelters. I've worked with every kind of animal, including snakes. I'm very open and loving to all of them no matter what and I can't wait for the opportunity to take care of your family! I currently work from home so I can make sure your pets are getting the attention and play time that they need every day, I can let them play outside or we can go to the dog park right down the street! I have a fenced in complex and a dog spa in case they get dirty after playing outside. I try to provide the most comfortable environment for your pet!

About: My love for animals began as early as I can remember. I have always had a deep reverence for all life around me. I'm currently a student at UNA studying environmental science and sustainability. I hope to one day have my own farm. I've had a wide variety of pets over the years; gerbils, Guinea pigs, a box turtle, and many of my friends growing up had dogs as well. My first true animal companion was our family dog, Logan, who was a rescued Golden Retriever/ German Shepard mix. He passed away at age 15 when I was 13 on Christmas morning (no joke- of all days..). My family took a long time to get another dog because we felt that no dog could ever top Logan. My parents did get another dog since, a rambunctious and loving beagle mix named Molly. I have also had an orange tabby cat named Señor Platáno of which whom I allowed to be indoor and outdoor while I went to school at Kent State University, but he was tragically hit by a car. To this day I still think of him more as a dog the way we were so close. I haven’t been in the right place financially to have a dog of my own but at my most recent job I was able to interact with dogs on a daily basis and it always made my day. I decided to sign up for Rover because I am currently unemployed and enrolled at UNA so I thought what better way to earn some side money than to become a dog walker/sitter. I look forward to meeting as many furry friends as I can and I will truly cherish every encounter I am fortunate enough to have. Thank you. I am currently unemployed so my schedule is practically wide open. I will be resuming my education at UNA in the Fall, but all of my classes will be online so my schedule shouldn't change much. I live in Florence and I like to stay local with my hobbies so I’m not usually ever far from the Shoals area. Dog and cat care will fit well with my schedule. Pet care at a clients home will always be carried out with honor and reverence towards the clients, their home and their pets. I was a boyscout growing up and my loving parents taught me well to respect people and animals so when I leave a home I will leave it in the same condition or better than when I arrived. Your pet will get my undivided attention and care as I will treat them like I would my own, with love and respect.

About: I love animals, and have cared for all types of pets all my life. I will love your pets and give them the greatest of care, as if they are my own. I work from home and have a very open schedule. I also have a car and a strong work ethic so when I make a commitment to be somewhere, I am there. I prefer to come to the clients home because I know the animal will be happier in its home environment. I like to give lots of pets, love and attention. I clean up any accidents, make sure water and food bowls are in good shape and provide whatever service the Pet Parent has requested. I try to leave with the pet looking forward to its next visit from me.

Lillian F.
“I have known Lilly for a little over 3 years now, and I have never seen someone so caring and responsible with dogs. She treats her dog and other dogs with so much love and she understands that they are not just animals but part of peoples family. She is very precautious and knows what not to feed them. She has a good understanding of younger puppies and older dogs and how they need to be tended too. If I needed my dogs tended I would look no further than lilly!”

Nicole W.
“Nicole is incredible with dogs! She deeply loves and cares for any dog she meets and is able to find a connection with each and every one of them. Not to mention the dogs love her too! Both of my dogs are very protective and tend to bark at strangers, but soon after meeting her they were able to calm down and enjoy her company. She also is extremely responsible in her care for the animals. She diligently remembers to feed and take them out when specified/necessary and provides an abundance of attention and love to them. I highly recommend Nicole as a loving dog caregiver!”

“My sweet rescue, Pancake, came to me with an unfortunate worm problem. Taylor was more than happy to provide him with the shots and medication that he needed while I was away. He's a happy puppy with lots of energy and Taylor did a great job making sure he had outlets for his energy. I'd very much recommend her to anyone with a pup that needs extra love and time, as she makes sure they're well taken care of.”

Lisa P.
“Lisa is such a kind and caring person, and her sweet nature draws pets of all types. Whenever she comes to my house, my introverted cat and extroverted dogs flock to her with joy, and she showers them with love and attention. Lisa is also DEPENDABLE. If she says she is going to be at your house at a certain time, she is there. This trait alone gives me total peace of mind, knowing that if I am out of town and she is caring for my pups and cat - they are well taken care of in the same manner that I would care for them. Honestly, I can't recommend Lisa enough and feel thrilled to know someone so kind and reliable, who I trust completely to care for my fur-babies.”
